The attitude of the staff in this store was extremely rude. In the afternoon, our child saw a ribbon display in the store and really liked it. He took one down and was playing with it when a female staff member rushed over, forcefully grabbed the ribbon, and loudly scolded the child in a very unfriendly manner: “Don’t take the ribbon! NO!” I can’t understand how someone working in a place filled with love could be so intolerant, aggressive, and unreasonable, especially towards a three-year-old child. She could have simply asked us politely not to take the ribbon. The cashier was very patience with me only speaking English. It was a very pleasant experience. I had fun just looking at different items in the store. One great feature that this store has is a ice cream shop. The ice cream was a nice treat along with my Hello Kitty souvenir.
