The attitude of the staff in this store was extremely rude. In the afternoon, our child saw a ribbon display in the store and really liked it. He took one down and was playing with it when a female staff member rushed over, forcefully grabbed the ribbon, and loudly scolded the child in a very unfriendly manner: “Don’t take the ribbon! NO!” I can’t understand how someone working in a place filled with love could be so intolerant, aggressive, and unreasonable, especially towards a three-year-old child. She could have simply asked us politely not to take the ribbon. honestly leaves a very bad attitude from the person in the food and beverage area not allowing tourists to use the seating and table area for what i bought there on their premises (ice creams and pancakes for my daughters) and the japanese natives are allowed to sit and use that place. why a person is serving for beautiful things like hello kitty? the person who assisted me did not have a credential. If you love Hello Kitty you will love this store. Its located inside DiverCity Tokyo Plaza. Has everything you could even want that is Hello Kitty. The cashier was very patience with me only speaking English. It was a very pleasant experience. I had fun just looking at different items in the store. One great feature that this store has is a ice cream shop. The ice cream was a nice treat along with my Hello Kitty souvenir.
