I’ve been here last summer and was here again this winter a few times. Awesome calisthenics park and it is located within Hibiya Park so you can take nice walks here. Additionally, there are also a few benches. However, there are only rings and a few pull-up bars at different heights there and no parallel bars unless you go into the playground area right next to it which closes at 4PM if I recall correctly.

Like the name suggests, it's only a few bars that you can use for pull ups, and some rings. It's more a playground and no calisthenics park. But yeah, you can do a few pull ups there. It closes in the evening.

I think its one of the best park's in Tokyo, but its still not good, if i compare it with European Calistenics Parks. It includes some Pull up Bars (different heights) still to small for me 188cm. There are also gymnastics rings which is pretty cool. No Dip bar so you need to do your dips on the Pull up Bar or on the rings. I haven't seen any parralets for training handstand or planche. But as i said before, its still the best in tokyo. Enjoy your...

This calisthenics area in Hibiya Park is awesome. There’s lots of space, and you see people of all different levels working on their fitness, which is motivating and welcoming. The vibe is peaceful—no toxicity, just good energy. Being surrounded by nature, with fountains and statues nearby, makes it easy to focus and enjoy the workout.
