Took my team to business dinner here. Great atmosphere with a semi private room, tatami mats, dim lighting and a great authentic Japanese vibe. True to Japanese form, they do what they do well and they don’t want to go off script. We had a vegetarian in the group so they offered a course menu with delicious grilled vegetables but no protein. You could tell they didn’t really understand what a vegetarian diet includes. Good food, terrible service, stupid requirements… Not even finished eating and feeling compelled to write this review because I’m waiting 5-10 minutes between courses; Family of four, forced to order four set menus at a minimum of ¥8,500 per person, even though one person wasn’t hungry. No option to order a la carte even though there are other offerings on the menu. You’re also ‘required’ to order one drink per person… Such a ripoff. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Great Japanese restaurant, beautifully decorated, good services. They made us tiny mini sushi next to our full size sushi and it was super cute. As a joke we tried to ask them for take out box for the left over mini sushi, and they really came back with a beautiful tiny tray for us to use. Don’t think you can find this kind of services any...
