We were heading to Hitsujiyama park and was given great advice by the counter staff with long light coloured hair which was really useful.

Picked up our Kawagoe passes here via our QR codes from Klook. Staff were foreigner friendly and gave easy instructions to follow in English, plus a map of attractions once we get there.

The only thing we wished the staff told us is that even with our pass we still needed to purchase seperate tickets for reserved seats once entering the gate. Luckily the train's boarding staff helped us purchase them without missing our...

The staffs kindly welcomed and informed us the information we need. They asked me to buy the pass from Klook to exchange to paper tickets at their office and be able to make a reservation for the express. I also got nice sumo stickers when answered a questionnaire...
