飲んだ後にお寿司が食べたすぎて、池袋東口をフラフラと歩いていました。 電車までの時間が無いので、真っ先に見つけた【寿司 魚がし日本一 池袋東口店】へ突撃‼️ 池袋西武の宝くじ売り場の方から渡ったら、ドンキホーテの横にあります。
全席カウンターの立ち食いスタイルです(°▽°) ショーケースの魚がとても美味しそうに見えます✨
ここのお店は、全国展開しているチェーン店で立ち寿司の店も各地にいくつかあり、その支店です。 西口にもあった気がします。 注文は、タッチパネルで注文したりまたは板前さんに直接お願いすることもできます。 女性の外国の板前さんも元気で、一生懸命笑顔で仕事をしてくれるので感じいいです♪
ちなみにほぼ満席。 やはり、さくっと食べれる立ち食い寿司屋さんは人気ですね(((o(゚▽゚)o)))
まずは生ビールとレモンサワーで乾杯。 そのあとは日本酒八海山で乾杯♪(^^)o∀∀o(^^*)♪ やはり、寿司には日本酒ですね☆ 注文はサーモン、アジ、ネギトロ、まかない巻でした。
サーモンは脂が乗ってて口の中でとろけました♪ アジは生臭さがなく、魚の旨みが良かったです♪ こぼれネギトロは、名物でネギトロがこぼれているので美味しいし贅沢な気持ちになります♪ まかない巻は色んなネタが乗っていて、夢が詰まってて色々食べれて嬉しい一品でした♪

After drinking, I was so hungry for sushi that I wandered around the east exit of Ikebukuro. I didn't have time to get to the train, so I headed straight to the first place I found: Sushi Uogashi Nihonichi Ikebukuro East Exit! ️ If you cross from Ikebukuro Seibu's lottery ticket office, it's next to Don Quijote.
All seats are standing counter style (°▽°) The fish in the showcase look very delicious✨
This restaurant is a branch of a nationwide chain that has several stand-up sushi restaurants in various locations. I think there was one at the west exit as well. You can order using the touch panel or directly to the chef. The foreign female chef is also energetic and works hard with a smile on her face, so it's a great feeling♪
By the way, it was almost full. As expected, standing sushi restaurants where you can eat quickly are popular (((o(゚▽゚)o)))
First, let's toast with draft beer and lemon sour. After that, toast with Japanese sake Hakkaisan ♪(^^)o∀∀o(^^*)♪ After all, sake goes with sushi☆ The order was salmon, horse mackerel, green onion, and makanaimaki.
The salmon was fatty and melted in your mouth. The horse mackerel didn't have a fishy smell, and the fish had a good flavor♪ Kobore Negitoro is a famous dish with green onion toro spilling over, making it delicious and luxurious♪ The meal roll had a lot of different ingredients on it, and it was a dream-filled dish that I was happy to eat.

The food is also extremely reasonably priced. My favorites include the crab innards, negi Toro (2 prices for 216 Yen what a steal), and the unagi. If you get the shrimp and a miso soup they will offer you the option to put the shrimp head inside the soup. I would recommend this option as that miso soup is probably the best I've ever had. All in all, this pretty much beats any sushi restaurant I've ever had barring omakase. This restaurant is also a chain so it is very accessible if you're traveling...

The only slight concern is when choosing newer items, the English menu might not show its name, telling you what it is but that only happens between 10-20 percent, the rest are properly written.
It has less than 20 spots, so if you go with a party bigger than 2, expect that you might possibly get broken up...
