My daughter of minor age has to renew her passport. We went on a weekday, around 4 pm. Not much people applying or renewing their passports, just a handful of us. It was smooth. Before you come inside, they would check for your body temperature and make sure you sanitized your hands. Then someone would check if you fill upyour application form properly and have all the requirements. A queue number will be given. We were called almost immediately. In-out of the agency in less than 15 minutes.
