Gorgeous easy drive if you're visiting Colorado. Little difficult to follow signs since I wasn't using GPS but made for some beautiful detours. Loved stopping at various places and admiring the scenery. End of April was a great time as there was still snow but the roads were good and weather fairly moderate. Would definitely recommend and consider doing again if I'm there!

Good luck trying to find your way. That was rough for a minute there through Golden. Once you get to lookout mountain you’re good though heading back down. Stunning views and easy driving once you know where you’re going.
