-Date and time to visit and bought thing around 2.30pm 8/10/23. -Name: JAINI (Receptionist) -When we want to make a payment, I was ask the staff about the face brush tool, why at expo just outside of guardian store sell RM 30, in store sell RM 33.90, the staff answered "tidak sama harga dengan tempat expo" I can accept this explanation, so I decide to go expo buy it, just because she was key-in the item, I said I cancel that item, just paid for other thing, and we heard she whisper said "tiga ringgit saja pun" after we heard that she said, we felt uncomfortable, we as consumer that we have rights to make own DECISION. sure we have rights to choose which cheaper to buy it. In conclusion, please improve your staff attitude and discipline of customer service. Compare Guardian and Watson, I rather choose Watson. Because their customer service nicer...

I had a really disappointing experience at this shop. The staff (especially hijab staff) were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I asked a simple question about a product, and instead of assisting me, they rolled their eyes and spoke in a very dismissive tone. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there. No greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy. With so many beauty stores out there, customer service should matter. I won’t be coming...

The most premium looking and tidiest guardian store in kota kinabalu. Spacious aisles and easy to find where each category of products are. The staff restock in a designated space as well so there aren't many parcel boxes laying around, unlike other local pharmacies.

As far as I know, currently they sell the cheapest 3 ply medical face masks. Please share if anyone knows a better place...
