it wasnt a pleasant experience. I dont think the staff know the basic of customer service. If this google allows i wouldve rate 0 star.. Our mushroom soup was cold and very watery consistency its like they pour extra water on it. Their utensil cleanliness was giving us second thoughts to use. They didnt gave us utensils until we almost finished eating. One of the staff there was very very rude, couldve mention her name here but it would be a matter of privacy. They even ask us to pay the bills before we even finished eating, our hands were dirty cus we were eating with bare hands as there were no utensils given, and suddenly they said they cant use the cc machine anymore as she already close the transaction (?) how can u close a transaction when youre still having customers eating in your restaurant?? I understand that they might want to go home fast as we went there 40mins before theyre closing, but is it our fault that she closed the cc transaction without checking our tableās tab? We were short of cash and they insisted us to pay by cash, have us to transfer money to one of the staff account and we had to round up our money to cover the rest of the bill. On top of that, the pizza was very salty especially the sausage slices, some parts tasted burnt, the dough had a weird microwave-y texture and it was not hot. I have a weird after taste after eating it. Also, the box was soggy so i suspected that my order was already done but the staff forgot to put the order out until it was cold and then proceeded to reheat it. Although the pizza was not good i just swallowed it bcs i was starving.
If the pizza came late but tasted good ok la, but it was LATE and tasted BAD. Ive never had an issue from other pizza hut branches but City Mall branch is by far the WORST!
If this is the service i received from foodpanda delivery then i cannot imagine the service quality for those dine in customers. AVOID CITY MALL PIZZA HUT...
