Olde Station Kopitiam — Restaurant in Borneo

Olde station imago..Went there on monday 17/02 around 8:30++ pm..one of the staff at the cashier is a bit rude.showing faces (muka masam) and some attitude.this is not the first time we went there.other staff before was all okay and friendly.yes we admit its our fault we didn’t mention early that we want to dine there.we let her know that we want to have our food there after we saw her tapau the food that we order.infront of us she sighed!she took out all the kueh from the tapau polystyrene and she throw it to the garbage bin with attitude(means she is angry)we don’t understand why she had to react like that.if its because of the polystyrene, we don’t mind to pay for it.also at that time it was not busy.there’s no customer behind us.as i mention this is not the first time we went there to eat.usually the staff will ask want to take away or dine in.but this particular staff never even ask.yes we admit our fault we didn’t mention it early we want to dine there but that is not the way to treat a paying customer.plus we talk nicely to her.this is the first time we experience this kind of service..really disappointed! Please train your staff more in customer service so that other customer will not have to experience this kind of...

Service level really has dipped below these recent times. Slow service, junior staffs attitude is poor.

Even saw the owner argued with a customer when her staff gave the wrong order. Strange.

Trash can be smelt when I was sitting inside the premise. Had to get myself the menu and give the order to the counter.

Food is okayish but really has decreased in its standard.

Dirty plates are left just behind us and none of the staff cleaned it up.

Price is another thing, a bit exorbitant for such service provided. No contactless pay.

Been a customer since its opening in 2008, this place has lost its best staffs...

we came around 9pm.. we ordered nasi goreng nenas and white curry. nasi goreng nenas taste like egg fried rice, no flavour, presentation like food we eat at the stall besides the street. previously if im not mistaken, previously nasi goreng nenas have so manu condiment and looks pretty, now look awful. white curry taste so so, presentation worst macam kena campak2, previously not like this. we have been eating here since 2017, but today is the worst food we ever have. please monitor your staff and quality. not recommended to...
