Saradise Kuching — Attraction in Borneo

Great place for some catch up with friends as many cafe available at reasonable pricing. Uncle Tan coffee shop the best by far with variety of food and environment are well lit. Food parade on the other hand are gloomy and ambience definitely not welcoming. I can't have a good look at my food . Several eatery available like Thai food, Korean, Japanese, Italian and local.. This community place need more variety of Dessert stall serving refreshing local Dessert like bubur cha cha, ABC, Chendol along with rojak. A low-rise shop lot styled mix-use development. It's a township-esque model. Touted as a new destination for the Kuching folks. I've hardly scratched its surface. So I'll return to it & update.

First impression - didn't strike me that it is uniquely different to areas sprouting up around Kuching: then or now. None addresses the challenges of good town planning. It is kowtowing to the car culture: rubber stamp buildings on a massive parking lot. Done! "Field of dreams" it isn't.

There are so many different types of food outlets at Saradise. Some sells food at economical prices but others maybe upper end outlets. Whatever it is, this area caters to all walks of life. Just type "food outlets at Saradise" in Google search and all the names of the food outlets with reviews, location, menu, operating hours, etc will appear. Believe me you will be spoilt with lots of food...
