(Detailed review below) Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambiance ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cost ⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐ Good selection of cold desserts: popsicles, shaved ice, gelato, milkshakes, cakes etc. The main draw here would be the gelato and snow ice. The cakes look okay but they are rather pricey for the size available. I tried the Basque burnt cheesecake and it was lovely. A bit dense/heavy but didn't feel too sickly like some cheesecakes can be. The mango milk snow ice was also pretty good with a sizeable portion of diced mangoes. The milk snow ice was surprisingly good and complemented the mangoes well. It was quite a busy period when I visited and there was not enough staff to provide fast service to all customers. The decor inside is simple, fresh and airy. Well done!

The ambiance is delightful, with a very clean setting and a pleasant atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the mango milk snow ice (bingsu), priced at RM20. It was delicious and refreshing. However, I must caution others against the baked matcha cheesecake. It was disappointingly hard, like a rock. I even noticed another table leaving the cake behind. At RM13.90, it's not worth the money. Save your money and opt for their other delightful offerings instead.

I normally do not leave reviews however the service is appalling, so I have to warn potential customers that servers here are unnecessarily rude and condescending. I arrived with an undisturbed conscience just to be ridiculed and treated unfairly. The cashier, before taking my order, barks at me upon asking how many people were with me. After that, she demands the status of my vaccination, which is entirely understandable, however, she demands instead of asking and took it upon herself to go out of her way to touch my phone screen and drag the screen up and down when I have already presented her the page she rudely demanded. She then later lectures me about the SOP, saying that only 2 people per table. I complied and she barked again, asking the same question as if I couldn’t understand her. And finally, when I got the chance to order before she rudely demanded things, crowded my space and question my intelligence, she let me know the food item I wanted wasn’t available, happy even. Delivered with such mirth, she got satisfaction upon knowing they did not currently have what I wanted, which is appalling. This is unnecessary rudeness towards a paying customer who just wants to dine in, I would give zero stars if I could. I hope the servers will be educated upon being a decent human being given the sheer brute they possess. A piece of advice to potential customers, dine in at your own risk, the service is not worth the price given at any...

As I pull open the glass door & walk in to the shop, there is fruity aroma scented throughout the entire shop, feeling revitalize. The inside is nice & cozy, can feel the owner really put heart in decorating the place & it is suitable for gathering & friends hangout. Really enjoy the shop signature~sea salt peanut snow ice❄, I must said this is the best ice dessert I have ever tried!! There is also many eye-catching fruity popsicles to choose & really really full of the real taste of fruit. If you prefer to try other product beside ice, perhaps can try their cheesecake which I saw them beautifully sit inside the display fridge. The service is fast & good, staff is kind & well trained. Really enjoy to dine in there & I will pay another...
