Sushi Mentai — Restaurant in Borneo

i was there just now. my experience is, the girl who take my name for que while waiting simply skip us(family), waiting until i saw a group of customer amount same with us(5people) easily jump que, huh....nobody waiting inside too.. i said im waiting outside when she get my name earlier, she saw me outside, is it hard to check ? This is 3rd time im here, the guys before was nice. this girl (black shirt), is ignorance, not appropriate doing customer service! 2nd, After i order some food, 2 of our dishes we have to wait again, almost 1hour of waiting! I call the girl standing, then 1 dish coming within 2 minutes, other dishes on prepare 'wait'... mmm i wait, about 30 minutes, still not coming, i called again the girl ' where is my dish?' Oh sorry, a lots of order coming??? Need to wait.. WHY DIDNT U SAY EARLIER ???? Then we have to cancel the menu.. My mom have to walk out a with her order not coming.. BAD EXPRIENCE TODAY.. Especially to that girl dont just work when ur manager was there, then u go there and there, like u are busy ?? Manager pls check date 6th Nov 2018 around 6.30pm im coming with a toddler and family outside with cctv, an u know what i exprience today...

Probably one of the best options if you want to satisfy your sushi cravings yet stay budgeted. Sushi choices are not much, they're quite repetitive and consist of what you can imagine sushi would be. A lot of egg mayo usage. Not overly expensive, so you should expect your food to be that level. You get a jug of tea for low price too, there's nothing you can complain. Have to queue or be early before peak hours.

Their normal meals (ramen, rice, etc), are just decent enough to enjoy Japanese meals. Great thing is it isn't too salty but there's not much seasoning to every dish. Tempura batter is crispy & nice, but I think they should add some salt for flavour. Food is simple. Freshness is so-so.

Service is excellent, the workers are attentive and fast to react. There's a lot of customers and orders, so it's understandable if service takes some time. Surprisingly, they manage it well.

If you're picky over hygiene then it's quite uncomfortable as some things may appear outdated or worn. It's not a huge concern but it's noticeable. I happen to encounter a fly during my dinner, but...

If it wasn't for some silly mistakes I would rate this restaurant a 5star. The food was great but the service needs more improvement. The few mistakes that they made were: after my friends and i wrote down our order, I was needed to call them few times,while I saw other waiters talking. It's acceptable because I can tell that they are still students. Secondly after I passed them the order, within 1 minute, my ramen came. So I asked what's the reason, the waiter said someone wanted to take it away, so they needed to cook a new one for them, and said this ramen is still fresh and hot, then they served it to me. I did not mind but after I tasted the noodle, it was soggy and it's not hot, it was room temperature. So I requested a change. After eating some sushi (which was good) for about 30minutes, I noticed my ramen hasn't arrived, so I asked the waiter, she checked and said the kitchen forgot the order. So I cancelled the order. I still enjoyed the sushi. I recommend this restaurant but hope that none of us will receive this type of...
