Wow, wow and wow! The vibrancy of street hawkers cooking “live” from street carts, mixed with small businesses peddling their wares, make for an interesting place to visit!
Food wise you get a lot of options. There are tons of food carts selling snacks like apom (a pancake/crepe of sort) and savoury delights like fried noodles, roasted meat and deep fried pastries. A foodie heaven of sorts!
There’s also a ton of fresh produce for you to browse. I loved the amazing variety of vegetables and fruits offered, especially since those are usually the special kinds that are hard to find. You can find interesting seafood and dried goods here. It’s always interesting to see what the locals make and sell, so it’s a definite place to visit for tourists looking for exciting street markets!
Conclusion: Must visit! The prices found here are generally very wallet friendly, so it’s definitely something for you to wander especially in the early morning.
