In over 30 years of living in Indonesia & Malaysia I’ve never seen an achievement like the one we experienced tonight from the management of Queens Waterfront.
On the way to the airport to pick up a business guest we noticed that QW was in a convenient location for us to get groceries at Village Grocer. We pulled up, sought a place to park near the supermarket, seeing no signage we pulled in the first parking garage to the north. After shopping we hurried back to our car with a trolley full of heavy items. Upon approaching the door to approach our car we were firmly halted by management staff. I tried to explain that we meeded to get our groceries to our car. The staffer repeatedly talked over me without letting me finish most of my sentences. He kept raising his volume and eventually we were pretty much shouting to try to be heard over his loud voice. I promised to bring the trolley back after going to our car. Not allowed! He said we’d be seen on CCTV, & he would be in trouble with his boss. Not allowed.
My wife & I are classified as senior citizens, but building management under no circumstances will allow is to take a trolley near our car to deposit heavy purchases.
QW management has excelled at creating the most dishonorable customer service we recall ever receiving from any building managers in 30+ years in SE Asia. they cannot pin this on their staffer whom we met. He insisted he was doing what his management ordered him to do.
Who IN MANAGEMENT decided that this was the distinction Queens Waterfront wanted? Somebody in management needs...
Read moreI wouldn’t even give this place one star. It is extremely unethical to allow another gym booth to be set up here when there is already an existing gym. This shows a complete lack of respect for the existing gym and its members. The management should prioritize fairness and integrity instead of making decisions that could undermine the gym’s operations. It’s disappointing to see such disregard for ethical business practices.

A gym should be a space where people feel valued, encouraged, and motivated—not a place where questionable business tactics are allowed to take place. It’s disappointing to see such disregard for professionalism and respect, and I sincerely hope the management reconsiders this decision before it damages the trust of the community...

I’ve been noticing and this happens quite often which worries me and also to the rest of the residents of the apartment complexes and non-residents. Female, to be specific. There is this one guard who would sit at his desk near Yin’s Sourdough Cafe and he would stare in such a pervert manner. It has been happening to me for quite some time and especially today, I saw him again but at the parking basement. He turned to look at me several times and I was scared for my life that I quickly got into my car.
I have seen some reviews made about the same situation as mine, too. But I feel like the management hasn’t done much about this. Please...
