Parking can in but cannot out, all of the guard are foreigner, all cannot understand eng and malay, the gate system problem cannot scan my credit card, but the stupid guard blame my credit card not enough RM1 BALANCE to pay the parking fee??? I told him credit card do not need balance but he still think he is right?! I wait for 30 mins to get out. Summore the guard straight took my credit card away, i wan to take back my card but he did not give it to my and took my card walk around! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR GUARD ATLEAST KNOW HOW TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND...

Security guards at Austin 18 are polite and good attitude. Every time I visit this tower, they will greet me. Well-maintained office tower. Must praise the management team for maintaining the building so well. The lifts of this place are really good. Although there are 24 levels within this tower the wait time won't be long because there are 4 lifts. Good facilities. Friendly...

Requested for cancellation due to last minute change of appointment in hospital, verbally say can cancel but never approved the request in Agoda and I was charged for 100% penalty instead of 50%. The communication is haywire. The staff passing back the ball said Agoda never sent in cancellation request to their...
