Read moreFamily of 4. Booked 2 rooms of the highest tier room category, we was given two separate level of rooms without advance notice, the staff did not bother to ask if we are okay to take two separate levels. There is 4 levels of rooms and given the highest tier of room category, we did not expect to have separate levels which is ground floor and first floor. The staff isn't really friendly when we asked if we can have the same levels, the tone was fierce that they are fully booked and we have no choice but to stay different levels.
There was no refridgerator in the room but there is shared refrigerator in the lobby to use. There is musky smell in the room and smoky smell at the corridor. Soundproof of room isn't great because can hear thumping sound of the next room.
Eventhough the price is $50 a night for one room, we did not think is worth and don't feel comfortable. Thankfully is just for one night.
If the other hotels were not fully sold while the time of booking, we will not have chance to book this hotel. This is the first hotel that I will not recommend to people out of many hotels that I have stayed in Johor Bahru. We rather pay more for a better and proper...

do note (minus one star) - Loud, loud loud super loud Heavy Metal Band next to premise, plays long and late into the night. One night even starting as early as 9pm beside a body of water (refer to photo).
