Over the past few years, I used to have horrible skin textures on my face with pimple holes, reddish scars and severe inflammation due to less concerned of hand squeezing those growing pimples on my face.

Over the time, it started to frustrate me a lot because those pimple holes and reddish scars never get flattened and disappeared and they turned out to be permanently existed there on my face. It has changed my entire complexion and lowered down my confidences especially when speaking upfront with people everyday. Fortunate enough I get to know about Aglow Clinic via social media 6 months ago and was recommended to visit Mount Austin branch for my first consultation.

I would like to express my gratitude towards Yo Yo, who was my consultant, explained the laser treatment procedures thoroughly in detailed and provided useful guidelines for me to understand about the formation of those uneasy scars and how to avoid them. Thanks to Dr. Laine who was my laser specialist who regularly performed different laser treatments professionally on my face on monthly basis to get rid of those scars and holes. Despite of those laser discomforts, she also spent sometime to soothe my nervousness and to calm down my anxiety. Also special thanks to Eunice who always assisted to clean off my face prior to the session and applied the full hydration masks once the session is completed. Thanks to everyone of them that the results is really amazing; my face turned out to be more glowing and flattened and those darken spots have gradually lightened and disappeared.

Crossing the border to JB for my pigmentation treatment. Saw their Rm388 1 for 1 session promotion for pico laser treatment. Thought was a good deal, thus make enquiry thru WhatsApp abt which pico machine they r using n so on. So the deal was Rm388 Nett for 2(1+1) session of pico laser. When l was there on the appointment day, sadly then l found out the promotion is actually lst session done by doctor n 2nd session done by their so call therapist. 😨 Then l realised l was mislead n wasted my time to go all the way there. Was trying on reason with them but they r unable to do anything. Was really disappointed as l read v good review on Google that’s y l went to try out their promotion. Anyway they offered to do the pico laser n replace the 2nd session done by doctor for a hydration jab. Which mean doing both at the same time, l did not wan to waste my trip so l agreed to go ahead.
