Happy Hotel Austin — Hotel in Johor

ATTENTION. If you about to staying here, please do not book any online / pay online via any booking like Agoda or OYO hotel . The hotel have issue sort of,between them. Just check in here after long roads, sudden need to cancel my booking because hotel didn't welcome for those who book online. Having no choice , need to paycash the actual rate for room ( which is a bit higher compare to website since it's about getting late night & tiring ) . Just get my refund back from Agoda , but it so complicated when you need to issue report for refund, blabla and so on.

ROOM : Clean room, comfortable to sleep . But the pillow is smell weird disgusting . NO TV SIGNAL . But it so noisy because near with PUB .

PARKING : Absolutely...

Terrible hotel. Booked 2 deluxe rooms on agoda. Reached there and they said no more deluxe rooms. Gave us 1 standard room and triple room. What I thought was an upgrade to a triple room became a nightmare.

Room was infested with cockroaches and nearly impossible to sleep because the room was so dirty and the cockroaches were climbing onto the bed. Feedback to the reception and the uncle sent an assistant up to put some insecticide which forced more cockroaches to climb up the bed.

Had to spend the whole night killing cockroaches and unable to sleep. I killed about 25 cockroaches and counting as I post this review.

Please avoid...

First of all, the location was very secluded. Not a safe place to be in. Upon arrival, I was attended by a white hair old man. Not to mention, when I open up the main door at the lobby, there was an unbearable cigarette smoke. After showing the man my online booking, the old man told me they don’t accept online booking and ask me to pay the accommodation fee full in cash. I was reluctant as I was certain my credit card was charged with the full amount. Please beware of this hotel as I scrolled back the review by past stayer, they were facing the similar issue.
