Dash Outdoors — Attraction in Johor

Absolutely disappointing ATV experience, there was a review 2 years ago about the ATV’s being rusty and old but there were some decent reviews so we thought we would give it a shot.

However to our disappointment, the ATVs that we used were also constantly malfunctioning. We had 3 ATVs, 1 was ok, 1 constantly had its chains coming off (so it got stuck multiple times, and I had to manually rechain the ATV on the track, I saw them do it twice so I knew how to do it on my own but I’m not sure if less able guests would be know how to chain it on their own), 1 was difficult to steer.

The ATVs should definitely be replaced before any other guests go on this activity.

Additionally the track to go on was small, there was a beach section and a jungle section but both these could be completed in less than 5 mins.

I would not reccomend this ATV experience at all unless the company changes their ATVs or makes changes to their pricing to reflect their short ATV route

Really a pity, we were excited for it. Just putting honest feedback out here so future guests would be able to enjoy this experience...

Very bad experience here. We were told 3 jet ski are ready can launch for us, and told to go outside the beach to board.

After waiting under the sun for 5 min, nothing happened. I went back to check the jet ski situation and no one was telling us what to do

After waiting for 10 min, 1 jet ski finally come and took 1 person, 5 min later another came

There is 1 group just waiting there under the sun for 30min+ without a good explanation why, and later we came to know that one jetski broke down and there wasn’t an ETA told to us.

We were rushing with time and 1 group already on the sea had to turn back to give our jet to them so at least they can play before we had to leave.

And when we ask for refund, they were saying you CHOSE to end early so now all groups have played we won’t do any refund, EVEN IF THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM IS THE JET.

Recommend not to come here for any water sports you will end up waiting and waiting and their boss will ignore the value...

It was a fun mangrove tour experience. We were picked up on time in a fully airconditioned van to accommodate all 9 of us (5 adults and 4 kids).

Busut (we apologize if I got his name spelling incorrectly), our tour guide, was a very entertaining fellow. He makes an effort to talk to both adults and kids with his remarks/jokes. And he speaks English well so no problem to the non-malay speakers.

No complains to our capable boat captain, Abu. He knew how to pace the speed of our trip (and the boat!). He also has a few tricks on his sleeves (especially nearing the end of the tour) but I won’t spoil it here so you can try!
