We are back here after our last trip last year. Happy that I am able to get my coffee fix here. The weather is so hot, a nice ice latte to fix that. The chocolate milkshake is good too. Good music, good coffee... Happiness. April 2024: Enjoyed a nice cup of handcrafted latte here at Hard Rock Hotel. The Constant Grind barista made a really good cup of latte to end my holiday here with a bitter sweet memory. We truly enjoyed it here. The cafe is cosy with good choice of coffee and cakes too. Good place to chill and beat the hot weather too.

Affogato was nice - vanilla ice cream paired with a smokey, bitter coffee. The service was less than expected for an international hotel chain such as Hard Rock, all the sandwiches had run out, they had to ask if there was affogato, they had to search for a spoon. Lots of comfortable seats and computers for free web browsing, good to distract the kids when the wife and I were chatting. By the way, all the hotels in the area have buggies that fetch you from one to the next and back.

Such a calm and nice place for chit chat.. celebrated friend's birthday over here.. the staff was very friendly and approachable.. meet Mr.Pian.. he was very helpful with the suprise birthday plan.. the prices are affordable.. has varieties of drinks and dessert.. highly recommend.. would come again..

This is the Hard Rock version of Starbucks Coffee, as you can see from the photos, the environment is super cosy, relaxing and quiet. The cakes were okay, didn't try their coffee though. Just that the price is on the high side, RM 22 per piece of cake!! Good service, the staff even tell you to get discount if you pay with...
