I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to your incredible staff for making my visit truly memorable. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant impact on my experience.

A special appreciation goes to Ashyreen and Syaza from Maker Studios, Firas and Ikhsan from PlaySmart, Kakzi from PlayFarms, and Tia from the Science Show. Each of them showcased remarkable passion, professionalism, and warmth, creating an engaging and enriching environment. Their patience, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made learning fun and interactive, and their extra efforts did not go unnoticed.

It’s rare to come across such a dedicated team, and I truly admire the hard work they put into ensuring every visitor has a fantastic time. Please extend my sincere appreciation to them—I hope they continue inspiring and bringing joy to many more visitors.

I'm a fan of any place that teaches kids knowledge in practical form. Petronas' Petrosains Playsmart does that in spades. Kids can learn everything from earthquakes to light spectrums in the easiest form. The staff are a little inconsistent because they're not always readily available to help out with the exhibits, but that's not a big deal for me because I love to teach my kids myself. A few exhibits are a little worn out or rickety but that's expected since there are no entry fee charged. Overall a great place to get children excited...

Fun place to explore with the kids, especially when it is FREE. Science play with gravity, wind, mirror reflections, etc. Some of the stations need to queue for your turn to play. Although it is small compared to KL's science center, but our kids were enjoying it. We spent almost 3hours here. Free workshop at the left of entrance, and next to it is a junior library for baby and to 9years old. Ample of seating area for parents and grandparents to rest while waiting...
