Very very very bad, it was super disappointing we supposed to check in at 2pm but we arrived late around 5:30pm as it was heavy rain, once reach there was this two ladies at sofa sitting and chitchatting,there was an old uncle at counter served us but very pity he doesn’t know how to operate so he seeks for the ladies help ,but simply the ladies ignore him.We waited for the old man to finish his procedure,once finish almost 15-25minutes , then we took our things to the lift then there the lift was stuck and was not working,eventually we took staircase until the 3rd floor as our room was 304. Eventually once we reach our room ,it was extremely so dirty,hair and so many dust around the table and floor, we really were so upset , the towel was so smelly, we try to open the Aircond it was not working and then we just use the fan. our clothes are all wet so we seek for laundry and the uncle told us to go some where around the city which is around 5km distances, after we went off, still we are so disappointed and in between 2 1/2hours i checkout the same day , to another hotel Holiday Inn near, city.

Read moreThe most inconvenient hotel ever. Yes, it’s budget. But this is the worst budget hotel. I think it is a family owned one, not sure. The receptionist is very rude and inflexible. We booked Triple room. Shouldn’t they provide 3 sets for everything??? We paid for 3 persons right? But there were only 2 water bottles, 2 glasses, 2 towels, 2 soaps, 2 shampoo. When I requested for 1 more set, what she said was “This is welcome gift. Every room has only 2 sets.” Then, I requested for one more glass but she kept saying the same thing. “If you want, you buy,” how rude. Took money for 3 persons but even one glass they want me to buy from them? No tooth brush, no tooth paste, no slipper, no refrigerator, no hair dryer. The door lock is not safe with the screw loosed. Look at the water pump in the toilet, genius. The surrounding environment got nothing also. It is located far away from the main road. And you will need to put deposit of 30 RM. When we gave 50 RM as we did not have exact 30 RM, she never gave change of 20 RM. As a whole hotel got nothing to give change? And the wifi is really bad. Wifi disappeared many times, useless. Read moreAt the midnight, I received 2 calls to my cell phone and 3 calls to my room from the hotel. Then the hotel staff gave my room number to an outsider and the person / the guy visited my room. It was 1:00am and 2:00am, It's the worst. Guests' privacy is violated and it's scary. There were dead cockroaches lying around in the room, and the cups in the shower room were filthy. Air conditioner temperature settings are managed at the front desk only and cannot be adjusted individually. Wifi cannot be received unless you move to the aisle side. There is nothing nearby, very inconvenient. I will never use this hotel again.
I directly informed the hotel staff during the day about this matter. I'm not doing anything unethical. I'm not exaggerating what happened either. That's just a fact.
