Tuition 121 — Attraction in Johor

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the behavior of one of the security guards at Austin Suites

I attempted to park my car in the designated visitor parking area. However, the security guard on duty refused to allow me to park, stating that I am not an owner. This action is unreasonable, as the visitor parking facility is provided for legitimate use by residents’ guests, and the security guard does not have the right to deny access arbitrarily.

This incident caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I believe security staff should ensure fair and professional treatment of all residents and visitors, rather than impose restrictions that are outside of their authority.

I kindly request that management look into this matter, remind the security team of their proper responsibilities, and ensure such incidents do not occur again.

The management is very bad. My parcel was taken by another residence. Even though the management knew who took it, they refuse to look for them to take back the parcel and they also refuse to told us which unit is it. They INSISTED us to make a police report and ask the police to handle this matter.

The problem is the apartment parcel is only thrown randomly in one designated area and no proper protocol in place in order for residence to retrieve the parcel. So technically any random rat or dog can steal the parcel and the management will not provide any help unless we make a police report.

I have been living here for less than 1 year and my parcel was taken by random resident two times already.

This is not a secured condominium. Someone broke into my room which is located at 5th floor through balcony door and took all my valuable stuffs. The management staffs are rude, except Miss Nurul. No enough security guards to secure the place. Be careful when you live here. Even though all of the doors are locked and there’s security guards, robbers can still break into your room and rob it.
