Visited their outlet for the first time yesterday and was blown away by the service! No hard selling and my skin therapist, Kelly was soooo nice and went above and beyond with her service. I haven’t gotten a facial done in 2 months and she spent quite some time helping me with extraction and not even cutting corners with her service despite how long it took her to clear my skin! Also, unlike any other facial I’ve gone to before, they include ALOT of massages like facial massage and neck massage I even thought to myself during the session “Don’t they get a break!”. Although extraction was painful, kelly only made sure she used the scraper when totally needed and used the other less abrasive methods to extract and omg! This is the first time I’ve slept during extraction! But that’s not to say my face was not thoroughly cleaned. It TOTALLY IS. I’m so happy with their service I am even considering going back to JB to get a facial done every month just cos they’re so good! Although Mount Austin is slightly further away from customs as compared to KSL (15-20mins grab ride) it’s really a new in place. Just a stone throw away from this facial is Bro Lok Loo and they’re famous for non halal lok lok, I would 100% recommend this area and this skin clinic!
