Booking experience: Staff were responsive and communicative. Clear instructions were provided regarding time and process of arrival.

Environment: The place is cozy and hygienic. All items are disinfected before use. Ambient temperature and mood lighting can be adjusted according to personal comfort. Aesthetically, decorations are tasteful and pleasing. All necessary amenities such as disposables, toiletries (including conditioner and facial wash), as well as a hairdryer is provided.

Staff: Staff are attentive to your needs, constantly checking in on your comfort level. Communication is primarily in Mandarin, which can be slightly challenging to non-Mandarin speakers. Though we found the photo sessions to be awkward initially, the staff were quick to help us be at ease with plenty of helpful advice. Clear directions are given on the use of the facilities, especially pertaining to the directions of use and ways to avoid from feeling light headed due to the heat. Staff are also mindful to not intrude on privacy, while still being communicative on timing.

Onsen experience: The package experience flows seamlessly, from the initial photos, to the footbath, onsen bath, and massage The onsen itself is a delightful experience; it is indeed relaxing to bask in the warm temperature while chatting and enjoying the array of desserts. It was also a nice gesture that a slice of cake and birthday decorations were prepared for the occasion. The massage, as mentioned by others here, was excellent. There was intuitive targeting of pressure points, and the masseuse was thorough.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the 38 Degree Celsius Onsen Spa, and I must say, it was a hidden gem that truly left a lasting impression. While finding the spa may be a bit of a challenge, the moment you set foot inside, you're greeted with a magnificent setting that makes the effort more than worth it.

My overall experience at the spa was nothing short of exceptional. I started with a rejuvenating foot spa, which set the perfect tone for the day. Afterward, I indulged in the onsen, a serene experience that allowed me to unwind while savoring the delightful food and beverages on offer. The climax of my visit was an excellent massage. I was particularly impressed by the therapist's ability to keep me comfortable throughout, enhancing the overall experience.

What sets this spa apart is its unique features. The Kimono quick try-on was a delightful surprise. I was given the opportunity to choose from various patterns and accessories and even took some memorable pictures. The availability of shower facilities was also convenient.

The spa's relaxing ambiance and friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. The facility was notably clean, which further contributed to a sense of well-being. However, it's worth mentioning that during my visit, I noticed a minor inconvenience – the limited availability of facial wash and a shortage of hairbands. Nevertheless, these were only small blips in an otherwise outstanding experience.

A small establishment that has multiple onsen rooms, great service and amazing massage.

Ambience: they are located in a small office space with two floors. Plenty of corners to have your photos taken, as if you are in a location in Japan!

Service: staff is very considerate and helpful. Was willing to accommodate having multiple photos taken and even adjusting our photo angles. They will help you wear the kimono.

Package: RM 298 was inclusive of 5 things:

japanese full body massage (60 mins): I later on realized that it wasn't 60 minutes as communicated. Felt like 30 minutes. (started at 8:40 ended around 9:10 pm)

However, the massage was the most surprising and most impressive, the ladies were able to get all the trigger points and “knots” out of every part! I will go back for the massage!

japanese onsen bath (45 mins) : they kept the airconditioner on so you feel less dizzy coming out of the onsen

foot bath (15 mins) : was just normal

dessert : nicely arranged, favorite was the chocolate dessert

kimono experience : The kimono rentals are very pretty and they have many accessories to go with it

The onsen is maintained at 38c (hence the name). Might not be for everyone but it was just nice for me.
