Just don’t. For your own sake rent and buy somewhere else. I have been staying here a year plus and was one of the first tenants to move in so let me tell you about arte cheras. Lifts: constantly under maintenance. Maybe theyre overworked with the huge crowds that are packed in there like sardines.. idk. Special note: the service lift is quite nasty but its quicker than the other lifts, just dont touch the walls. Ambiance: honestly if you have a family or wanna buy here its gonna suck abit, imo its not family friendly, very busy and commercial. Alot of Airbnb guests start flooding in from Wednesday, increasing until sunday (when everyone starts going home) you wont even want to leave your house to go Bila, because it might take you 40 mins to get back to your own damn house because all lifts are full. Security: the guards are honestly pretty alright, friendly enough and tap you if you ask nicely tbh. Management: yoh… lol , thoughts and prayers. If its solutions you seek… seek elsewhere. I legit dont know what they do (well they don't help thats for sure) you will wanna cry because it is sooo FRUSTRATING. Houses: look .. on paper its cute.. like i know its attractive… a loft area, cute views uwu. Which i must clarify is all true. But the quality of construction is so terrible. Houses leaking because there is no ledge above windows to stop the raindrops from directly hitting it . The water is seeping between the cracks around the window and damaging the walls and paint. The grout between the tiles? Terrible, but the ants have a home, safe from chemical warfare🥹. Urmm what else.. oh yeah RENOVATIONS. They renovate Monday-Saturday, morning till evening. Lol i remember we complained to management and some lady was basically trying to say “whats the big deal at that time people should be working” like EXCUSE ME? She doesn’t know what everyone does with their life and how they make their money. Some people have shifts, others work from home, some people pop into the office here and there, like expand that mindset because i don’t think that comment was made in good faith. Whatever,...
Read moreHow awfully the workers here “ Indian Security with hand tattoo “. We checked in from 28th May 2024 until 31st and choose this place as our family holiday and honeymoon as newly weds here when the bad situation happend at the pool . At 4.30 we went down to enjoy the pool when suddenly the rain started & were asked to leave the pool . We were one of the family there who were following and on our way to go up to our room , the security approach asked us to wipe all the watery from our body . The big point , we were ask to leave after pool so its normal for the CUSTOMER TO BE WATERY , its from the pool for god sake . I explain it would be normal to be watery if not we would stay there until dried if the weather were fine . But the big situation is the security bubble talking the regulation here and ask us to follow with high tone . When we talked back he ask us our room number 😂. We were the customer here , the one who fought with u guys before the situation were the other family not ours , so when you talk to one of your customer use you tone wisely . When that situation happend of couse me personally will get angry & use censored word ‘puk**’. The most shockingly , even the security try to put his hands up while i just fight mouth to mouth . How dumb 😂. You’re not the only one who works as a customer service . I’ve been working as customer service many years 😂 even i know how to handle customer no matter how bad the words been said . Its your job to handle the situation as nicely as possible . Even i as customer service were trained on how to handle same situation better to avoid unwanted situation . Thats your job to cover the watery floor as long as your customer still leave as per asked . Is that how you treat your customer ? Such poor service to this place . Train your staff better on how to handle customer & train your staff not to fight with your hands up first unless your customer started first 😂 . Remember the customer here paid to stay & enjoy the service here . Bad service . No wonder the reviews here were mostly about how bad the security here . Not worth even 1 star ! Not...

Such a pathetic experience when we use the "dodgy Stay HUB " via Airbnb. We booked them for 6 nights when travelling from Australia, the check in was complex as you need security (was not around) to access the mailbox for key collection. The lift was busy form G to R (10 min wait time) floor then another lift form G to desired level (8 min wait time). The access card will not work 8 out of 10 times and you will find your self stranded in the lift ( very scary). Only one access pass was provided which means the whole family need to leave or come together. First thing we found is Water at all over the bathroom floor, upon complain they changed the unit after first night. The second unit had exactly the same water leak issue with additional swage smell and unit floor was not cleaned. Again our unit changed after the second night second time. The 3rd unit was on higher floor but floor was like a construction site with dust and noise all around. All the trolly bags needs to be pulled from the dust. That dust came in the unit along with the bags which eventual made our cloths dirty. Heavy noise from 8am due to construction on the same level in other units.
The whole trip is spoiled and we wasted lot of time in packing / unpacking due to unit (S) change. All these units have bathrooms with no shower screen / curtains which means when first person use the bathroom / toilet will leave wet floor un usable for next person. Such a poor design.
Further more after check out when I landed back in Australia got airbnb dodgy message from Stay Hub claiming $160 plus for something which we never noticed. I involved Airbnb and thanks to Airbnb they intervened and closed the claim. To me The stay Hub guys are very dodgy and you will struggle from the day 1 of your stay until you leave and even after that.
If you still think to book them then...
