Inside Scoop Sunway 163 Mall — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

At our speech and language therapy clinic, we support children with autism and other learning difficulties in developing their speech, language, and emotional regulation skills; helping them transfer what they've learned in therapy and group sessions into real-world situations. Inclusive-friendly spaces are unfortunately still rare, and many children with challenges find it difficult to adapt to unfamiliar environments. One of our goals was to create opportunities for them to practise these skills in everyday community settings like an ice cream shop!

We reached out to Inside Scoop, and they responded with such enthusiasm and support. They welcomed our kids and gave them a chance to order their own ice cream, try new flavours and toppings, and engage in conversations with new people.

A heartfelt thank you to Nini and Hidayah for their patience, kindness, and attentiveness. They made the children feel heard and valued. Offering samples, listening to requests, and making the experience so special.

We’re incredibly grateful for this opportunity to collaborate with Inside Scoop. The kids had a truly wonderful time, and it was a meaningful step forward in building confidence and real-life communication skills.

Came to this place pretty often for their delish ice creams (my 2 favourite stores are finally next to each other). Last Monday I went for the Mochi Musang King icecream. They are being super generous with the amount of ice cream scooped, neatly packed in the mochi wrap and carefully placed in the cup. It was the smoothest, softest and most convenient ice cream. I'm a slow eater so thanks to the mochi, it melts really slowly 😂. The staffs are super friendly, patient and attentive.. They will let u try the samples for the flavours that intrigues you and happily suggest a flavour would you request for recommendations. So shout out to Lorenzo, Raihana, Aniq, Nini, Del ♡. I'd come here again to try...

Came here previously for the shoyu ice cream promo. Was greeted by friendly staff and generous samples, 5/5 then.

Today, I came and was greeted by very disinterested staff. He looked like he didn't want to be there and was rude. Gave himself generous samples but very small ones for us.

Our scoop was also noticibly smaller than the ones given at the One Utama branch.... not a very consistent brand.

Won't be coming back to this branch. 1 star for the bad experience but +1 for the nice cashier.

EDIT: oh my god the ice cream server picked his nose behind the counter...... never...
