Visited September last year 2023. Went to both the exhibition and Tun’s resident.
The exhibition was a huge let down with numerous long statements hanging up on the wall, and minimal interactive information that I gave up after 10 minutes. But I loved the display section on the first floor.
I love touring the residence! But disappointed to learn the air conditioners were faulty and it was very humid inside. I spent almost an hour just because I love historical places. I recently (Jan 2024) went to Tunku Abdul Rahman’s memorial residence and it seemed that air conditioners were faulty too.
I hope more funds goes into maintaining and preserving our history...

The security guards and supervisors are unfriendly and fail to realise that while they may fall under another department they are part of the Lake Garden Community. They do not allow parking in the wee hours of the morning and stand around watching people struggle to find parking. Their car parks remain free while the roads are congested. Major attitude problem.
