This is one of the hotels that is located in the strategic area of KL Sentral. This location is attractive due to the KL Sentral transport hub being a transit point for multiple public transport options. This hotel is only a short walk away from the Monorail station and the main hub building can easily be reached through the Nu Sentral mall. For the hotel itself, it is satisfactory enough as a no-frills hotel, especially for those of you who need a place to rest but spend most of your time in the day on tour. The standard room still has enough space for maneuvering inside, especially for praying and putting luggage. The bathroom is also adequately prepared with hot water available. The staff that I interacted with is nice enough and is able to speak Bahasa Malaysia (which is close enough to Bahasa Indonesia) and English so there is not much issue there. Requests for making up the room is also always fulfilled and the quality is satisfactory. Facilities such as soap and mineral water are restocked every time even though I still have some left. Overall great experience.

This is the first star I ever given to a hotel They might not understand how important is a good sleep for guests We were given a room with windows where we can hear outdoor music for almost 24 hours accompanied with really loud kitchen equipment noices from the restaurant beside the hotel And the smell of the food came in through to the room We did tried to call the receptionist asked for another room They lightly said there were no other rooms and they can do nothing about the noice So why do they give permission to let the kitchen and tables set exactly in front of the hotel in the first place The staffs should have tried to stay in the room for at least a night to understand how noisy and bad the room is and what makes it worse is the late the day is the merrier the noices and smells are If you are a light sleeper this hotel definitely not the one The only plus side is that the air con is cold enough

Probaby the worst night I ever been in hotel. The location was good, near with KL Sentral station and lot of 24 hours food nearby. The receptionist was ok and friendly. And finally the room actually good for the price and it was clean. Then what was the worst part? Outside my room is Indian Restaurant that DEEP FRIED SEAFOOD. CAN YOU IMAGINE SLEEP WITH FISHY AND OILY SMELL ALL OVER YOUR ROOM???? They keep fried fried fried until like 3 or 4 am and all the smell was going inside my room. to make it worst, outside the window is a Television that always on for the Indian restaurant so it always noisy. What a nightmare. Lucky I just stay for a quick night and check out in the next morning. Recommended??? Absolutely not unless you can make sure you get a room that located behind. I rarely give a bad review but seriously it was really a nightmare. Sleep with Fishy and oily smell all over the room 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

Check-in Process: Needs to be faster. Too much data entry is required by the receptionist, even though everything was submitted and paid for online. Guests are tired and want to rest immediately, so the process should be quicker.- Room Key Issue: The check-in took almost 15-20 minutes, and the room key didn’t work, I had to return to the lobby again to get a replacement!- Deposit: A RM 20 cash deposit is required, which is inconvenient. In the era of e-wallets, most people don’t carry cash anymore; this should be eliminated.- Room Size: The room is small but equipped with basic facilities and safety box.- Power Outlet: The room has 1x standard local 3-pin/UK power outlet by the bed, 1x international power outlet next to the study table.- The Superior Queen room has excellent soundproofing, even though it faces the outside window, and the window allows plenty of natural light.- The air conditioning provides good cooling.- Hair dryer & water heater is available. Ironing board + iron outside of the room in the hallway.- I appreciate the bed lighting, which can be dimmed without the main light being too bright, making it comfortable for both sleeping and working.- There’s a study table, and the room comes with instant coffee and drinking water.- WiFi: The WiFi is fast for online conference & social media access.- Prayer Space: There's a kiblat sign, and although the space is tight, there's just enough room to pray without having to do so on the bed.- There is a lift.- Toiletries: Basic toiletries provided: bottled soap and shampoo. No toothbrush though.- Dining: There’s a mamak restaurant on the ground floor. The staff are very friendly, and the food is delicious and served hot. You should try their nasi lemak with hot fried chicken.- Bonus: Choose windowed rooms so you can watch people savouring their Malaysian food and chatting in the...

We had an overall pleasant stay at Metro Hotel @ KL Sentral. The location was simply fantastic – 11 out of 10 points! The hotel is right in the heart of Little India, close to a large mall and countless incredibly good restaurants. Breakfast was included for us and took place in a restaurant located just about 2 minutes away from the hotel. Initially, we were skeptical, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food! Although it was just a small breakfast, the prices made it absolutely feasible to order something extra.Unfortunately, there were also some downsides. Our room had no windows and no ventilation in the bathroom, which led to a constant unpleasant humidity and strange smell. Additionally, we were unfortunate enough to get a room right next to the elevator. We could constantly hear the arrival and departure of the elevator both day and night, which is not ideal for light sleepers. In this case, it would be advisable to switch rooms immediately. However, the staff were all super nice and accommodating. They securely stored our luggage for 2.5 hours before we continued our journey, which was a great help.Overall, it was a mixed stay, but the great location and friendly staff contributed significantly to our comfort. And for this price, we would...

I was staying here for 1 month for work purposes. Overall facility just standard, as you can expected for a small hotel, however the service from some staff here is honestly quiet nice, especially from the Housekeeping guy (the tall big tattoed guy - sorry I forgot the name), that is why I give these 3 stars, or else I might only give 2 stars. He always ask for room clean and also the only staff that actually have conversation with me (eventho short one). I actually want to highlight some certain situation which I felt quiet bothering for me, maybe for other guests as well. The lobby supposed to be always nice and cold and comfortable, but almost all the time found lobby in quiet hot temperature, and even sometimes had a very bed smell, quiet bothering actually. I know it supposed to be part of the housekeeping team job, however, there was also Front Desk staff that always there at the lobby, they can actually just take part of it, helping other team's duty, it is not going to put you on debt, right? Sorry I'm just saying. Just improve and keep up some of...
