FAIL! Brought 2 friends to try meesusu for their first time. Reached the counter to see that there is no chocolate sundae on the menu (because they can only afford to print ONE COPY only, for right in front of the counter). Basic ice cream and chocolate sauce no longer available on the menu. Such a basic item, but can sell all the fancy boba nonsense WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE. Then staff unable to communicate clearly its no longer available. Kept repeating "there is no chocolate ice cream", i know mixue does not sell chocolate ice cream thats not what im asking for. After arguing to a good 5 minutes (with long line of customers behind). Asked for super boba sundae without boba and staff told me it comes with only a little bit of chocolate. Absolutely shocked, my two friends are definitely not going there ever again whereas myself will just stick to cornetto/drumstick so i dont have to interact with poorly trained staff. Most likely xixue expanded too fast and just became complacent of their service and...
Read moreMixue ampang park outlet 19/12/24 at 3pm. I want to buy the Peach Mi-Shake but the cashier guy was so rude to me which made the entire environment uncomfortable and irritating. From the menu picture itself already showed that the Peach mi-shake comes with both ice cream and the peach water. But he still ask me the unnecessary question, “do you want ice-cream or water?”, and I replied to him by saying that, “doesn’t the menu comes both with ice cream and water?”, and he said “yeah, that’s why I told you”(in a VERY RUDE tone), but at the first place he ASKED me not TOLD me. Then I told him I already know the menu since I bought it before. And he still insisted to repeat the same thing RUDELY.
Due to the lack of customer service, I decided to cancel the order. I hope the management take a very serious action and recruit a staff that have a basic training of...
Read moreI ordered a toffee hazelnut milk tea with no topping, as that's my usual order at other outlets. However, the cashier told me it’s not possible to remove the topping since it comes with the drink. Fine, I let it go and switched to a peach black tea, also with no topping, but the cashier said the same thing – it’s not possible to remove it.
Alright, fine. BUT what made me mad is that my friend ordered the same drink – toffee hazelnut milk tea (even though she also wanted no topping), and guess what? She ended up getting a toffee hazelnut milk tea WITH NO TOPPING. Isn’t that funny? That’s exactly what I wanted, but the cashier said no to me?!
And on top of that, when the staff served our drinks, they just put them on the counter without calling out our number or the drink names. That’s so rude – don’t you have any manners?...
