OYO Home 544 Premium 1BR Binjai 8 Suite — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

This Unit i stayed before but dont know since when it manage by OYO, this time i request early take key, at 12.30pm coz i hv class from 1pm until night. they say cannot, so i only can check in by night, he request me to go another place to pick up the key from him. I totally no idea with the place coz im not stay in KL. After that he ask me to wait at Lobby of the aprtment i stay, he say will send over the key... But after i wait half hour, he not yet come i called few time he keep saying still got customer he cannot go.. Pls, if cannot go then arrange someome or just dont promise me. After that my fren send me over and get the key, they must collect deposit. This check in check out process make me not convenience. I dont recommend. But this aprtment is convenience if u want to join event at PNB Darby hotel. Pls note that the parking there very expensive, 1 hr in Sunday noon already RM6, Sat night go in 15 mins come out also charge RM5... I dont know how they charge. Pls note that no cup provide in the aprtment, the bed not nice, the bath room very small. However if u just want to over night and u can simply sleep, it ok for u. Ya, one more things, pls note that the Unit not that match with what they show in the picture. I sugeest they can arrange self check in for better check...

If I can give 0 star, I would. We had to wait for over an hour for a person who was supposed to handle the check-in after i called them asking why nobody came to give us our room key. We were told that they couldn't contact us, therefore our booking was cancelled (we only found out about this because we called their customer service). Once we did get a room which was very late at night, it was a room without windows and the wifi didn't work. The unit itself is horribly designed and mobile reception is bad in the room. We paid for the room advertised, not a sad excuse of a room in a property like Binjai 8. If you still want to book a room through OYO Home (KL), do proceed...

The guy who was supposed to be there was very late - 1 hour and when he got there, he couldn't find my booking. I had to waste my money calling expedia and to get someone to let them know my booking is legit.
