Very bad service today, 30/12 6.15pm. I’m a regular patron to this outlet and my previous experiences were good. But these 2 staffs look new and rude. Especially the lady that made the drinks. Super rude attitude and she was just slamming a bell to collect my drink instead of calling my queue number which usually other staffs would do and that was my experience before. I was just waiting for my queue number to collect my drink and this lady blindly banging the bell and looked angrily towards me.

How am I supposed to know whether the prepared order was mine? What kind of bullshit service and attitude are these?

I agree their drinks are cheap compared to other brands. But i still paid my money to buy it, not getting it free for me to face such service.

Very Very Bad Bad service at Sunway Velocity 👎 Last custom ordered, didn’t take Thn put at the counter for 5min. Until my turn to order, the malay staff just give me the ice cream that last customer ordered (mean put at the counter 5 min already) the ice cream all melt it !!!!!! And when I reach counter the malay staff did talk to us, she continues talk with colleague, until I say I want to order, she only come back. what kind of service is this ?
