Subject: Complaint about the Parking Issue at Pavilion Bukit Jalil

Dear Management of Pavilion Bukit Jalil,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the parking facilities at your establishment. One significant problem is the lack of a clear system for identifying where cars are parked, which makes it extremely difficult for visitors to locate their vehicles.

Each time I visit, I spend an excessive amount of time searching for my car, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This issue not only wastes my time but also detracts from the overall shopping or visiting experience.

I strongly suggest that you install a proper identification system to indicate the parking locations. This could be in the form of clear signage, numbered sections, or a digital tracking system. Such improvements would greatly enhance the functionality and user-friendliness of the parking area.

1st time being here to have dinner at Sukiya which was a very pleasant one..am amazed wz its area size stretching from the mall itself to the lots of outlets here very² spacious..unfortunately in some areas the ceiling were rather low n saw some tall guys had to mind their head while walking..main lobby was extraordinarily decorated with the upcoming CNY theme..not so many patrons around thus making the place feels a bit empty even after office hours n dinner time (guess its true what some frens and the socmed nets said bout this mall)..one thing I noticed the parking area were very² hot while walking from to my car, probably of ventilation system and then had to go round n round on multiple levels to find the exit..kudos to the signage that really helps, so guys do read or look for signboards to get around the area..but I still do recommend this place for a nice hang out wz fam...

This mall certainly lives up to its reputation as one of the best shopping destinations in town. Its impressive selection of brands ensures that you can find virtually anything you're looking for.

The sheer variety of eateries and restaurants is a definite plus, offering something to satisfy every palate. Furthermore, the clean and chill environment creates a pleasant shopping experience.
