I find it completely unacceptable that even with a scheduled appointment, the waiting time here is still unreasonably long, even during non-peak hours (Wednesday at 4:30pm). This defeats the very purpose of making an appointment and shows a clear disregard for customers’ time, especially for those who have plans after their treatment.

In addition, I have been a customer for less than a year and I am already on my third consultant. The previous two resigned suddenly without any notice, and I was only informed when I tried to make my next booking. For a service where trust and consistency are key, this constant turnover is highly unprofessional and unsettling. Only my first consultant truly put in effort to provide excellent service, even though I only managed to complete my first few treatments with her. The multiple treatments I had with the next two consultants, however, were really unacceptable. I cannot believe I have spent so much money only to receive such poor service standards now.

The most concerning incident, however, happened during my recent visit. My newly assigned consultant—who was scheduled to handle my treatment—was instead having her lunch and passed me off to a colleague without informing me. I only found this out when I asked the colleague directly, “Are you my new consultant? Where is she?” It is not an issue if my consultant needs to have her lunch, but given that I had a confirmed appointment, the very least she could have done was to inform me personally or ensure someone updated me. The lack of basic courtesy and communication is simply appalling.

Overall, the poor time management, lack of transparency, unprofessional handling of clients, and drastic decline in service quality have left me with zero confidence in this establishment. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before signing any...

Honest review from my experience that's i having for 1year treatment, the treatment really works, hair really growth. But after few month i having experience of head itchy due to inflammation. I need to clarify those symptom happen before the treatment begin maybe because that time is less serious i didn't really care about it before i look for YN.

Talking about the inflammation, (Folliculitis) consulted is really professional they really explain all the symptom i been having that cause your hair fallen. They will start to guide you to the payment those treatment fee that's doesn't come cheap 5-10k depends how many section you took with them because i also ask them if such a serious case i might as well look for SKIN Dr to evaluate my scalp condition and those fee much more cheaper then the treatment..... They didn't gave me the direct answer......!!!

So what i experience is the symptom keep repeating is either becoming worst or stay normal. But recently i when to ask some of medical friend that work in medical industrial they told me those symptom you can do it at home basically those home treatment they have something in common is hygiene. You need to always keep your bedsheet clean your towel wash it every two days basically all about cleanliness. Yea one last thing about mites is either more or less there are no guarantee 100% kill off unless he is baby. So best solution spend a longer time in the bathroom gently rubs your scalp.

Hopefully my review is a reference to you guys. honest speaking hair treatment it really works but scalp disease treatment cost is too...

Went for free trial and the consultant said my hair is in very terrible condition and insist that I buy their package to treat my hair and I said I have financial problem then a few lady came in and said they can help and offered few other packages but is still over my budget ,then she offered me to do atome payment method for 6th months instalment at the same time they will do the 10x treatment based on the package i take.. I was kept in the room for a few minutes unless I buy the package. After bought the package,they asked to use the kill mite but after using it my scalp got dryer and more itchy than before. And the next visit they claim that I have another problem, my immune system is not able to detox and the dead hair mite are on my scalp and kept me in the room for another hour just to forced me to buy another package. I showed the girl my balance in my bank acc then luckily she right away stop forcing me..after that the way the consultant treat me so differently..i am so upset n scared to come again for the next appointment bcs definately they will forcing me to do the next hair package ..right now even i choose not to come again but they dont even text me about the next appointment to follow up..i guess this company just want the money from the customer and at the same time not being honest and responsible on their job and also to the customer..i am so upset w...
