I went there early at 5am to train for my long run but was quite disturbed with the group gathering there for beers. They also turn on the car audio speakers. Quite disturbing. No police being seen patrolling that area.
You can see few groups there. They also threw snack pack or can there. Quite a lot of rubbish around the padang. If only the authority can patrol that area more often, the padang will be a great place for exercises.
