It's my first time staying here. It is walking distance to the train station. But I'm absolutely bothered by the fact that there are so very few reviews that mentioned not having hot water in bathrooms. They have to turn the main switch on whenever you want to take a bath. Somehow they did not think it's important to inform you about this during check in. I found out the hard way, had to get dressed up again and go down to the reception for help. The staff were helpful but even after they've turned whatever switch on in another part of the building floor (I was on 2nd floor) - there was barely any difference. It was just lukewarm and the water supply only lasted about 30 seconds before it stopped completely. You'll only get (cold) running water again if you switch the tap head to the cold water side. It's a super unpleasant and frustrating experience as it was rainy season and it was so cold outside and I really wanted a hot shower. I can't believe that they could run a hotel with this as a normal practice. I know it's supposed to be a budget hotel but this is by far the first one I've encountered where hot water shower is problem. The room, although clean, is very compact. Even for a room for couples, it's only good for one person as there's barely space to put your bags, and to walk around without bumping into each other. I won't be a returning...

It was Very unfortunate that our experience after a long tired drive , we arrived at an unattended hotel, and it is not ventilated.
After a series of difficult and complex check in situation to the hotel, we came across all the hotel rooms door are wide open which shows poor security.
The bedsheets in the room started to cause itchiness to 2 people in our group, hence we called the only available number that shown at the check-in desk, we were greeted with a rude lady name Hazel which she claims that she’s the owner.
Having informed her that of our problem, she told us off saying this it’s dinner time . And asked what do we want instead. She then informed that her husband is on the way.
A man then arrived to the premise, accusing us and claimed that the sheets are regularly changed, and accusing that the problem is with us.
This gave us severe stress and discomfort. We do not think we deserve such service in a holiday. We have left the premise with such rude and disrespectful behaviour from the owner. We demand a...
Read more' Damp Smell in the room, Unfriendly and slow staff, Disrespectful Owner ' I am from KL. Checked in during CNY. I guessed the lady owner was in the hotel itself because of the lion dance ceremony they hosted. Not to point on the owner but she gave us a very bossy look and not even smiling. Blocking the entire way and even accidentally pushed us without even saying sorry. Even caught a picture of her standing in the middle of the way on the chair taking pictures of her families (due to celebration) Though i know she owns that place but I don't think this is you way to do business with such a manner. If i know that there are such event i wouldn't be even booking this place. Checked in the room 126, once enter it just refrain me from going in as the it has damp smell. Staff explain because of the building is new. But i guess they should remove the smell before even starting their business. In deed the room decorations are 3/5 but those mentioned above totally spoil it all. Felt so insecure as well with this place. No...
