Attended wedding dinner. Food is ok but due to late start waiter service was not good esp towards the end. Waiter took long time to serve last dessert dish so only 3 people had dessert. One lady was seated but not served. Ballroom drop off is different from hotel. Ballroom is very nice & spacious.

Please enter parking through Gate C and find a spot near the hotel ballroom lift. Thanks me later. The food was super delicious, and the hall were big enough to accommodate 1k pax. The staff are all good. There is a surau nearby and the restroom is super clean. A wonderful experience.

Came here for a function... It's big and can accommodate 1k people... However, the service is quite bad... My bowl was dirty where I'd asked the waiter to change... Food tasted so-so and they were mostly cold when served

Has been great for the past few years but this time the aircond was out of control and we were almost turned into ice lollies despite us requesting for it to be turned warmer. We were there from 830am to 230pm. They finally switched it off completely towards the end of our event which was already too late as it was...

Attended CNY dinner. Spacious but they did not refill the tidbits and clean the tables outside the ballroom (water stain on the table). Was allocated a seat in VIP table. Food and service are decent but certain protocols were not followed (e.g., served on the right hand side). Otherwise,...
