The boom barriers at entrance is actually opened automatcally when the motion sensor whatnot detects a vehicle.
It bugs me really, since most vehicles that need to enter the lobby area ARE MOSTLY NOT RESIDENT (AND THEREFORE UNAWARE OF THE MECHANISM) and people who knows (like residents or staff) are mostly not going to drive by at lobby area. So what is the purpose of having it in the first place?
