I used to rate this place 5 star. But i had to change to 1 star due to a very bad experience today I’ve encountered. Once a regular customer but not anymore.
When I arrived and was waiting to be seated, a staff member asked how many people were in my party, and I replied, “Two.” He then directed me to a seat next to another person, as if they expected customers to share a 4-seater table by sitting closely with strangers. I asked the staff to change my seat since there were plenty of empty tables available. However, after some time, he still brought me to a similar shared table. Frustrated, I asked, “Did you hear what I said earlier?” Only then did he seat me at a table where I didn’t have to sit so close to strangers. While doing so, he mentioned, “It’s a new policy, customers must share tables.”
When I was paying, I saw the manager, someone I was familiar with since I’ve been coming to Sukiya Paradigm regularly since 2023. I asked him about the table-sharing policy, but he started raising his voice and explaining in a very angry manner. After a long argument, he told me, “Don’t come if it’s peak hours.
Definitely was a very bad experience for me, especially when the manager decide to reply with a very bad tone.

Read moreVery disappointed at how the manager handled the situation. For 2023 and 2024, during puasa month, you do not entertained reservation. Even when we call and begged for a table, it was out right refused. (This applies for all your outlets)
This year, decided to go Q up for a place, only to be told that you need a reservation made. I checked your website before turning up. It still says: - "Dear Customers, Currently, we do not accept reservations via email or at this feedback section. We appreciate your cooperation and sorry for any inconveniences caused."
The manager told us the management made the decision to insist on a reservation made for this year. But seriously, you should have removed the message across your social media postings. At least put up a poster at your outlets to say you are fully booked and you will need a reservation made. He also mentioned that they are fully booked until end of March and that we can forget about making any further reservations.......(You should really learn how to say this to your customers, as you seem to be telling us to get lost and you don't look forward to any business as all!!)
Am considering not returning to patronise your outlets as you really don't seem to be bothered with growing your business. I will definitely not recommend anyone to your premises as you don't seem to...
Read moreI am very disappointed with sukiya paradigm today. My friend and i are regular customer. Been here few times a month. But today, we were insulted and humiliated. We came in at 12pm and by 1.40pm, we were informed that our 120 minutes are over and reminded that we will be charge for every extra minutes and we said ok. We dont mind the extra charge. We enjoy eating here, it was worth it. But not even 15 minutes later, the manager came and informed us that our extra 15 minutes are already over and to leave or we will be charge further. Again we said okay but the manager insist that we will be charge. So i asked, do you want me to leave now? Because I’m just finishing the food that I’ve taken (dont want to be wasteful) and again, i dont mind paying extra (which we did without argument). I dont get why they have to asked us twice when we already said we are willing to pay extra. It was insulting and humiliating. Worst was when we were the only table that were asked when others that came prior to us were still there and wasn't bothered with this issue.
