Do read everything before you make your own judgement. The staffs were amazing, friendly and always checked with you if you need anything which is really great. They were generous with their smiles too. I tried superior tier before like few years ago and i tried it just now. To be honest, the quality has DROPPED too much. I had to order all the superior tier meat online and they ONLY ALLOW 2 plates per meat for one. To me, it’s absurd. It took a long time for me to order since their website is too slow, and the servers gave the meat 15-20 minutes after i ordered. I’d rather go back and forth and take the meat myself because it’s faster that way. Plus, there’s NO MORE sushi, they REMOVED 90% of the VEGGIES that were served before and not even shiitake mushrooms. Only two mushrooms, enoki and shimeji. Previously there were at least 4 types. The choices of fruits were just watermelon and oranges. I vividly remembered previously where they were a lot of choices. There were also NO toppings for ice creams, NO DIY Ice Kacang and Cendol, and ONLY two selections of hot beverages which were teh tarik and black coffee. The sauces were below average. It tasted like old and too exposed sauces that are left in the fridge for too long. I paid RM81++ for this and after seeing the choices, quality and quantity of the foods drop like this pisses me off. I heard so many bad reviews from people regarding seoul garden food and i now believe it. Would i come back here? Tbh no. Seoul garden in GENERAL needs to come to their senses and practice their work like how they did before so many customers would come back to their restaurant like the old days. I was an avid fan of seoul garden before, back when they opened next to Fitness First 12 years ago. I was also one of the first few customers when they recently opened so do understand my frustration here. I would only come back here only for the super quick lunch time promotion because that might be worth it. Again, this is solely based on my opinion as this is my genuine, non-paid, nobody-asked review. I believe seoul garden could be better if they get their shit together again and giving their customers more choices like before.

Before the pandemic, Seoul Garden was my go to place for affordable buffet but the same cannot be said now. 1. First of all they have increased the price to RM60 per person and you need to pay additional RM15 if you want mutton or salmon. Wife and me spent about RM120 here. Money that could have been spent better elsewhere. 2. Secondly the place looks really run down, reminds me of mall food courts in the 90s, what happen laaa. 3. Then the staff pulak was very rude. I am not sure if he is the manager there but he was wearing a red collar t-shirt and a cap. Once awhile he will be sitting infront of a laptop there. The way he replied to our questions were very rude, he was always on his phone and one time I saw him eating something from a bowl using his hands behind the counter, yuckkkkkkkkk. I really hope the food in the bowl was not meant for the public to eat. We asked him to change the grill because it got cluttered from the burnt food and he was showing so much attitude because we made him work. 4. Lastly the meat choices are less now compared to last time. They only had beef marinated with coffee, why no other options for beef? The black pepper dory was so sour, I think already spoilt. No more mutton slices too, thats a premium now. The only good thing was the ice cream tasted good. In conclusion, Seoul Garden, you are now on my boycott list, haha.

Dine in for dinner around 6 o'clock (not crowded weekdays). Easy payment, 2 pax superior for dinner much worthy especially for eaters. Fresh seafood and beef and lamb and seafood and beef and duck and beef (I just love this that's why I'm repeating it hahah). The best part is I think their services for this outlet coz they have QR to order. For regular and superior, just need to scan the QR > pick what you want> they sent it to you. So that you can see what you are not ordering yet for the one you are eligible for. Their ready to eat food. Not much but okaylah for me. Nasi goreng dia sedap. As you can see I also take their nasik goreng(tambah jugak sekali tp sikitlah haha nnt teringat sbb sedap). Ayam goreng Korea dia just so so. Macaroni I tak try sbb not a fan. Sayur, okay not bad. They got what they got. Salad, Roman, kangkung, kobis, bla bla bla. Seafood for basic they got pahat, bebola ikan udang, kepah kot. For me overall okaylah if you're really an eater. Since I like ketam and udang and itik and beef striploin so okay. Oh tomyum dia ngammmm haaa tu je lah

I went there on 5th August 2022. The price now is RM76. Crazy how it’s increasing drastically as i read the review and it was RM60+. I saw the student discount so i asked the worker can i use it, he said no, its no longer applicable. So i was like.. okay??? Why would you put it there at the first place. Total for 3 person was RM250+ including tax and whatsoever. Done with the price there. Let’s talk about the food. Pre marinated beef, chicken and seafoods was yucks, disgusting. Not fresh at all. The worker at the beef station was very unfriendly. I believe im not the first to say this as I went through the reviews and others said the same thing. The ice cream section was dirty, the ice cream syrups container are like never been washed before. I saw mold at the side of all the leads. Thinking about it make me feel like throwing up. Ice cream choice was poor, cheap brand with poor varieties. Im saying its poor and cheap because of the price we paid is not matched to what we get. I still remember i went to seoul garden back in 2017, there was sushi, chciken wings and more varieties, but as the price increases now, they decrease the choices of foods. No one bother to change the pan. It was CHARCOAL BLACK AND THE PAPER BECAME CRISPY BUT NO ONE ATTENDED US. The dipping sauce? They tried to do korean chilli with garlic but i think its more to chili sauce with garlic which is SO disgusting. They supposedly serve the beef that we can choose on a black container. But the worker just show face and give us in the green plastic plate. I was like. Okay?? And he even mix all the beef i asked in one plate as if the beef are all rubbish. Imagine. Lamb, and other choices of beef, stacked in one plate. Not just that, the next day, i had a very terrible stomach ache and diarrhoea. Same goes to my other 2 family members. I entered the restaurant and there were not much people eventho it was dinner time. And after we finished eating, then we absolutely connected the puzzle. No wonder there’s no people. Pity to our next table who bring their group of foreigner friends. They must be embarrassed. Please Seoul garden. It’s either you will go bankrupt soon because of your service, hygiene and ALL THE ABOVE or just close down already. Because if you improve, I believe your price will increase to god knows how much. Rm200 per person?? Lol. Shame on you. Seoul garden more to like...

I don't usually even care to take the time to write bad reviews, because even bad places probably don't deserve it that much, but this place is so bad I just gotta do it so people don't experience what I have. I think I have got to use point form (all this considering the price point - I paid RM192 for 4 pax, roughly about almost RM50 per person). I would not complain if I was paying much less than the said price, but because I paid much more, I feel very cheated..

The food is laid out so poorly, with some trays not being itemised (therefore, you don't actually know what it is). The plastic trays holding the food food tongs are sticky and stained all over, the raw food don't look very appetizing, and don't taste that great. Food isn't very fresh either. Almost all raw meat are heavily marinated.

the induction cooker has a timer which turns off every 5-10 mins (I asked the staff if it could be turned on longer, but apprently it can't), so when we eat I gotta turn it on and increase the heat every 10 mins.

the aren't any soup ladles with holes/gaps in them to scoop only the solid food cooked in the soup, therefore you will definitely get soup in your plates and bowls (if you want it without) - and it also causes it so look for smaller food items in the soup

bowls and plates come in cheap looking/feeling plastic

tissue boxes are stained and sticky

reload of food is slow

cleaning staff came and puts the cleaning pail (which contains the dirty dishes and leftover food) ON the table while we were still seated and dining

NOTHING about the food and restaurant is anything Seoul or expressing anything Korean.

I'm sorry, but for the price, it is truly horrible....
