Well , first of all let me tell the readers about my first impression about this place ... We checked in at about 11.30 PM. The parking was almost full , we had to go to the lowest parking level , and found a spot at a kinda funny location . And then we took a lift to the lobby , the lift was not that far away , walking distance . But since my wife forgot some things ( it was her phone charger , duh ) , i had to come back to the car to retrive it . When i was back at the parking level , at least 3 more cars were parking there , and people busy taking out their luggage . A family , an elderly chinese businessman and a indian young man with a very loud car ... So , now i'm back to the lobby level . Now , this is where everything gets surreal . The cafe was pretty much alive , at 11:30 PM , with fully lighting , waiters walking about being busy , cafe patrons chattering away ... a family of indians in their traditional garb , a group of chinese friends singing happy birthday song , a group of malay youngsters having McD ... the waiters were politely greeting and nodding at me . At 11:30 PM . I mean , the experience was otherworldly ... it reminded me of the movie " The Shining " ... Let's get back to business ... the hotel was clean and sanitized , they even had those fancy stickers sealing the door after cleaning it . The staff were helpful and polite . The breakfast was fantastic , they even had idlis with sambar . The bath soap and gel had that wonderful herb smell to it , which i appreciate a lot . The location is by the main road , if you use GPS , it might take you to the back of the hotel . So , make a u-turn to the main road . Parking could be full , especially during peak season , holidays and weekends . All in all , it was pleasant and memorable stay .

I'm writing this to the Management of the PJ Hilton that you certainly need to improve on your check in waiting time & no direction guidance / signage leading to the carpark since you've close the main entrance from the lobby. this is my fifth time staying in PJ Hilton. I've never had problem coming to check in, however, today it took me 1.5 hours going around more than 6 times to look for the your so call 'back entrance', being a non local KL resident, I'd like to share witth you that we do need assistance/ direction. You don't even put up any signage / place any person at your irregular entrance to lead your guests. I've ended up wasted 1.5 hours on the road, calling to the concierge to get assistance and could only do my check in with the help of your staff - Mr Said, leading me using his motor. You're running the renovation without thinking / providing any clear direction to the guests, which I'm completely being ashamed with Pj Hilton, and I'm certainly this is not Hilton standard. Please value your customers and do the necessary than wasting your guests valuable time Upon coming to the front desk - it took me 30 min to wait for the only 1 front office staff managing the check in and I could continuously hear the grievance and call leading people to the hotel carpark. Please check your CCTV for my waiting time - it's now 12am, where I finally reach the lobby at 11.25pm after 1.5hours going around the hotel to look for your carpark! Only 1 person handle check in which I've been queuing for more than 30 min. Is this acceptable - PJ Hilton? Thanks to Mr Said for his help nonetheless. But it has no one attend / check on customer service despite the hotel has created such a big inconvenience and completely unprofessional low efficiency hotel & guests management Please do something - you're just wasting the clients time unnecessarily and unacceptably.

Both of us decided to put up in this iconic hotel in the Petaling Jaya area. We visited the Hilton Doubletree JB before this trip and we were very satisfied. We booked the room through the Hilton website and we found the price to be super reasonable. We had to key in the membership number and CREDIT CARD DETAILS for payment. I do not know why they want the credit card details, but on check in I was notified the credit card will be deducted. A deposit was collected as well through the credit card. I know hotels do this usually and it was acceptable. As I was heading for a business meeting early in the morning on 14th Nov, my wife had to check out from the room. As she was late and with the previous experience of seamless check out, she booked a Grab. During check out, she was HARASSED to do the payment and the check out staff demanded her deposit to be deducted. I'm really PERPLEXED, WHY DID NOT DEDUCT FROM MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS? My wife asked the counter staff to do so, but they just said they don't have the details and just shouted back NO. Sadly, my wife had to look for her credit card and eventually she missed her Grab ride. She had to pay the penalty to Grab and the staff at the counter were so rude and they were not emphatic at all. When my wife asks for an explanation, they can just say "SO?!". He just kept demanding for the hotel room fees and did not offer any reprieve for my wife. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FROM HILTON, A 5 STAR HOTEL. What a contrast as compared to other Hilton hotels. Staff really have to be trained back again on how to handle your check in & check out customers. Be courteous. We will definitely not come back again.

It takes approximately 20 minutes by taxi from Kuala Lumpur. The exterior looks old, but the rooms are renovated, so it's my favorite room. I can't expect much of the scenery. The color of the water is either yellow or green. This is because the water quality in Malaysia is not good. The TV is SAMSUNG's smart TV, but you can't enjoy most of the content because it's offline. I connected with Samsung Dex. There is also room service. He brought it exactly when I ordered it. The pool was under construction and couldn't be entered. The gym is spacious and well equipped. There are steam saunas and hot saunas. The shower in the sauna room does not produce hot water. I reported this to the hotel, but other people also had the same review, so they probably didn't arrange for repairs. The hotel contacted WhatsApp, so even though I'm not good at English, it was easy to communicate. However, there was a lack of handover, such as the requested room not being cleaned. As a result, I moved the room twice for 3 nights. Two of them had broken bathroom power adapters. Please check the equipment. Bellman's slightly fat man has no smile and looks tired, not suitable for the service industry at all. Ms.Shaz(Irmg/Wegtn/Rohini/Tyn) the breakfast(PAYASERAI) venue, was very cheerful and smiling, and the hospitality was very good, which gave me energy from the morning.The young chef was also very kind and the food was delicious. Some dishes are different every day, so I don't get tired of staying for a long time. I want to stay with my friends next time.

I checked-in recently (mid June 2024) and am pleasantly given the newly refurbished rooms for a room upgrade :) (a nice perk for being a Diamond member). The new room looks amazing, elegant, smells fresh, clean and the furnishings/interior design does elevate the look and feel of Hilton Petaling Jaya to a refreshing luxurious hotel. I feel this hotel is 'brand new' now and everything is done right and I can't wait for the rest of the hotel to be upgraded. Also, I'd like to add that the Hilton PJ's team are amazing, always so welcoming - where they will graciously welcome me each time I am back with a smile and greet me by name. Special shoutout to the Front Office Team (Tian and Miss K), Restaurant (Shah, Shamsul, Rika and the whole team at Paya Serai and Drip), Housekeeping team and not forgetting the friendly guy in the gym. Thank you for being so welcoming and graceful. I have always enjoyed my stay at Hilton PJ and I will be coming back more often to experience the refreshed hotel. Well done to everyone! P/S: If there's one improvement I'd like to see...is to stop using plastic mineral bottle waters but use drinking water in a recycle glass bottles instead - please.

Amazing place for staycation. Staff was fast, dedicated, and efficient. Place is clean. 1. Pool is a simple one, adult size 1.5 meter deep, no kiddies section . Theres limited amount of life jacket, if your kid can't swim and planning on swimming kind of vacation, you might want to try other places. Kids still enjoy thou, but have to be on the look out due to safety. 2. Rooms are clean and excellent, TV program variety is pretty average. Our booking consist of 5 rooms, one of the room is strangely warmer than others. Some of the room have bath tub and some don't. If you wish to have one, should verify during check in or booking. 3. The breakfast is great. Loads of variety, egg station is quick and the staff is accommodative. They give coloring sets to kids when they get noisy and restless. Love the croissant, almost rival Swiss Garden Melaka, but lack the warmth. 4. Genji Sushi is excellent. High quality sushi and the staff is excellent. Had a birthday session, received photos as token from Hilton. Nice touch by the manager. 5. Had minor cut from unused soap dispenser in room shower. Minor cut during ablution. Please be careful and enjoy your stay
