Kidzooona Subang Empire — Attraction in Subang Jaya

Very disappointing.. the staffs mostly are very rude and lazy to keep an eye on the playground. I would like to point here staff name Lisa or Nisa working on 23rd Aug at 7.00pm is very rude towards my child and controlling the place where there is kinetic sand and insulting my child saying that my child is not like others don't know how to play nicely at the playground. Suggest that she shouldn't be working at kids playground if she doesn't know how does the kids behave exactly.. how can we control kids? That's how the learning process is.. besides the playground itself is very dirty and not organized and they don't even clear the place regularly.. hope that the management do something and improve. I went there with my kids about 3 months ago. I pay for my two kids and I go in with my youngest son without paying since he is still small (just about 18 months). They staff there doesn’t allow my son to stay there and keep on asking us to go out. They are very rude and even though I have written a review to their manager but no one entertain and reply my complaint. The customer service is really terrible! I wasn't sure about this place because of some negative reviews and a lot of older reviews, but it was actually so good! I thought maybe a bit young for 6yr old but not at all! 2yr old also absolutely loved it as well. Definitely recommend. The bouncy castle is a little old but doing its job and the mini air hockey and another free play arcade game I think may be broken, but other than that, everything is awesome. The little dress-up outfits for the kids are so cute! The staff were lovely. Don't forget to bring socks for both adults...
