Absolutely my worst experience with this place. I have lived here in the past and always came here because of good service and nice environment.

Today I was there with my husband, we are here for holiday and made a reservation for 2. We arrived at 10:30 and we got 2 beautiful sun beds with a nice view over the pool. We were laying there until 14:00 without having the umbrella open and 2 people lays next to us.

They are asking the server to open the umbrella which the server ask us ”do you mind?”. I answered back ”actually I do, because we want to lay in the sun and the umbrella will cover us”. The server then tells us that they decide if they want the umbrella open and I simply tell him back that we were here first and we also reserved our seats.

The server gives us the option of either we move to some other seats or he has to move the other 2 people. And I told him that we don’t want to move and the server decides to open the umbrella and walk away.

I decided to go to the manager and speak to her because this is not a correct way of treating customers so I spoke with her about the issue that was handled unprofessionally. Sadly they didn't do anything about the situation and the server then got mad because I spoke with his manager and got very upset.

Very unprofessional way of handling situations like this and we got no apology or compensation for this happening. I will never come back here again because of their unprofessional way of handling customers.

That is not the correct way of handling the situation since we came here first and also had a reservation. You simply don’t ask customers that has been sitting there for 4 hours already to move their seats because it doesn't satisfy the new customers needs....

Mixed review here!

The location and the views are amazing!

Upon arrival we had to pay €20 each (weekends) to get in to the pool, and another €10 for a towel (WILD).

We were told we could take any of the sun beds with out reservation cards which was okay as we arrived nice and early, but if you want a good view and to be close to the bar/pool I’d either recommend arriving early or reserving some beds.

After about 30 minutes we were asked to move as they ‘forgot to put cards on’ the two beds we had sat on, there was a number of sun-beds still with out cards on but as ours had a good view of the se it just seemed very unprofessional to ask customers to move.

We then moved slightly further down, they then came over and took the umbrella stand from between our sun-beds and took it to where we had previously been sitting so they could add an extra umbrella to the area.

We then asked for an umbrella for our area, which we were told they ‘had non left’, and suggested we move again.

Which we did as all of the reserved beds at this point had not been claimed (12pm) were cleared.

We then ordered food, and let me say we were not disappointed at all! The nacho triangles were UNREAL!

The music situation was wild, for a place that asks for €20 per person on entry to be still having a Spotify account with ADVERTS, is wild! Pay for the premium, no one wants to listen to adverts for dog food around the pool, also it was so loud!

All in all, a nice day with amazing food but...

We went on a Friday, booked couple days before and we managed to get in within 10 minutes which was great and very happy with our beds/umbrella and pool etc. we didn’t realise it was a pool party but didn’t mind to much as we were kind of out the way and sat next to a lovely local. Bar staff great to! Most the waiters were great however one of them was abit of a nightmare, he was only serving all the girls and talking to them non stop. Took us around 30 minutes to order our food and get his attention, I asked him to order when he was talking to a woman and he said ‘wait 5 minutes’ and carried on talking to her for another 10 minutes, once we finally had, we waited around an hour for food, it came and the chicken burger was very raw!!!!! Was pink flesh, my partner told the same waiter straight away as we were pretty disgusted. He never came over ..we just got up and left it after 20 minutes, lucky enough we hadn’t paid for it? Not sure why as I’m sure we were meant to pay when we ordered. Wouldn’t return unfortunately, do not want food poisoning...

I booked a single sunbed week in advance. Woman on reception was extremely rude. Then they gave me place right near toilet and open kitchen and storage. I was begging for something else doesn’t matter where but this woman rudely told me «it’s not possible we have event 300 people and turn her head ». How evening event related to pool day I don’t know. My single sunbed together with another one, so basically they expect me to lay down together with random person like on double bed or probably move sunbed right to kitchen. Loud music from restaurant in one side, playa music in another. Impossible to relax. Workers passing near to me. Perfect example how terrible service can destroy great impression from new design. Never come back again, I rather go to another places. I lost my 30€ and mood for a whole day. No one even offered me to swap bed with another one or move to non VIP Madasia area, they rather loose client they find how to treat well client who pay for sunbed and have bill 100€+

First day here was a great experience. We had free access included as part of our booking at Pebbles Aparthotel in Sliema. We picked a couple of sun loungers and had access to the main pool, as well as a ladder to climb into the sea. Cocktails were quite small for the price paid, however we found good value in the bottle of wine and bottle of water we purchased afterward. Unfortunately on our second visit to this location, the conveniences were unavailable due to the lower, main section being closed-off for a private party. We were directed to a smaller, busier area off to the left of the main entrance, which was quite busy. This was quite a let-down given our previous experience. I would advise calling ahead to confirm lower section is open.
