Tried for after dinner drinks as promoted at our hotel...the Preluna...got a lovely seat facing the sea...watched the beautiful Orange coloured moon just enjoying the moment and went for another G&T only to be told we are closed 10.40pm...no warning I.e. we are closing would you like another drink before we do...10.40pm closing on holiday is ridiculous a gentle nudge to warn customers of the early closure would have helped....this needs to be altered to 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟back at Beach Club after a year...what a welcome...staff are wonderful helpful and attentive nothing is too much for them...I recommend an evening eating a lovely cooked meal and a nice bottle of wine watching the sun going down over the casino....Bliss...then follow with another bottle of wine...then I'm sure you'll see...

Beach Club had quality beds. Let down was the capacity to control the umbrellas as it was difficult to get sun. The bathrooms had a strong overbearing urine smell.
Food experience was horrible and the waitress was on parr with that aswell. There was no fries available and they compensated with a poor excuse of a salad. They also didn't have chicken burgers available so I had a caesar salad that was very bland. The croutons were huge and needed to be cut up in the bowl which made a mess. The cheeseburger tasted cheap and was childish. Ordered coke zero. Got a normal coke that was 3/4 full and...
Read moreThe worst service I’ve ever seen. For 32 Eur bill they didn’t bring us change from 50. When we wanted to leave, the waiter said us “ok, bye”. When we reminded him about our change - he took it from the cap with the tips. It was super rude! Even in posh places they bring you the change with every cent, and the me, the customer, should decide if I want to thank you with the tips. I always leave the tips, but I hate to be forced like yesterday. Managers, I understand there is no good service staff in Malta after the pandemic. But the waiter who was serving us yesterday can really damage...
