A Perfect Shopping Experience at The Mavenry in Malta

I had promised my wife an extended Christmas gift, and so we decided to visit The Mavenry in The Point Shopping Mall, Malta. The Mavenry is known for its high-end brands, and we were immediately drawn to the handbags section, especially those by Marc Jacobs.

We were stylishly and warmly greeted by a friendly staff member who was just finishing her shift. Shortly after, Alessa, a true fashionista with a passion for handbags, took over. Her expertise and enthusiasm were remarkable, and she provided such excellent advice that we quickly decided to purchase a beautiful Marc Jacobs tote bag. My wife looked stunning with the bag, and we couldn’t have been happier with the exceptional service Alessa provided.

As we were leaving the store with big smiles, Alessa mentioned that in Malta, owning a silver handbag is almost a must. This caught our attention, and we couldn’t resist going back into the store to take a closer look. Without much hesitation, we purchased a silver Marc Jacobs tote bag as well. These turned out to be perfect Christmas gifts for my wife, and I was thrilled to see her so happy and content.

The experience at The Mavenry was nothing short of exceptional. The staff’s professionalism, particularly Alessa’s, made the whole shopping experience unforgettable. My wife left the store glowing with joy, and we felt absolutely satisfied with our purchases.

The shop and its concept are commendable, particularly when considered within the Maltese context where the luxury fashion industry is somewhat behind compared to cosmopolitan cities like Milan or Paris. However, I believe that there's room for improvement, particularly with regards to your brand offerings and variety.

Further, I find the use of Malta Post for deliveries from a high-end store like yours, resulting in a waiting period of 2-3 days, slightly unprofessional. I would suggest considering alternatives such as DHL, or better yet, following the practice in cities like Milan where there are dedicated employees for home deliveries. Given the small size of Malta, implementing this would be relatively straightforward.

Despite these suggestions for improvement, I see considerable potential in your business and I am happy to rate it with 4 stars...

This store is a dream! While I don’t really like the mall, you sometimes have to go there. Hadn’t been there for a while, and my view has totally changed due to finding out Mavenry’s existence. The store carries amazing brands and designers and the presentation is divine. Instead of the piles and stacks of 30 pieces of the same item, Mavenry presents it piece by piece.
