Club Campestre, Tijuana — Attraction in Baja California

The golf course is great and well maintained. I like to go to play a round when I can. The reason for the 3 stars is that I had an issue with an overcharge. I went to play, and they charged us for two golf carts. The marshal told me to go back and get a refund and pay just for a round of 9 holes without the golf cart charge. I went and they refunded the money to the wrong card. I told them about the mistake and said they could not do anything about it at the time. They gave me the number to the accountants office and could never get in touch with him. He is either out of the office or busy. I have left my number with them, and they said I would get a call back, which never happened. This happened back in June of 2023, and they still can't resolve the issue. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I called on 1/29 @ 2 pm to make my bf a Tee time for 2/8 @ 11 am. They CROSSED the border to play and when they get there, the front desk says there’s no RESERVATION. Great golf course and if you arent a member at a CC, then it is the best golf course you've ever played. Extremely tough but fair. The head pro is the son of the last head pro, who is very nice and fair with everyone. One day I asked about the golfers special, he laughed and said we havent had that since my dad was here, and then proceeded to let me know, from now on, I could always ask him to get me out on the golfers special. I cant think of any course I would like to play in SD/TJ other than TJCC. Great history and great bar. The best players from the 60s -80s always met there to play and exchange pesos.
