Petco Cancún — Attraction in Cancún

No recomiendo, puro negocio es lo que tiene esa gente, si llevas el perro a bañar y no tienes actualizada las vacunas no te lo reciben (al menos eso dicen para sacar plata) La cartilla de mi perro, el señor que emitio la fecha se equivocó y puso 2020, sin embargo les mostré el documento oficial en donde se lee que la vacuna de mi perro NO ha vencido vence en diciembre del 2021 y la otra en enero del 22. Expliqué esto, y no les interesó e igual no quisieron atender a mi perro; solo si le actualizaba la vacuna y aparte descarados en querer venderte y una fidelizacion del Club Petco.

Osea a cada perro que ellos juzguen que está desactualizado ellos pueden sacar a beneficio:

-Pago en consulta con veterinario -Pago de la vacuna -Pago del servicio de baño

Se nota que esta gente ama a los perros...

Me voy con mal sabor de boca de Cancún, todo lo que he visto es cómo les gusta sacar dinero por sacar.

Sé que mi Sammy igual no merecía un mal servicio, aunque ustedes lo hubieran querido atender ni lo dejo.

Having THE WORST experience ever with the online order. I ordered a cage,ore than a month ago. Paid with PayPal. 2 weeks later they send an email, please send a confirmation screenshot that you actually paid… I do that… then they send an email that they gave me a new order number, then 5 more emails with weird info, that I need to go use the new QR code to chedraui and PAY AGAIN for my order so they deliver it. But THEU NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY. So why should I pay for it, if I didn’t get a return and sent a confirmation of my payment ???? I don’t understand why it is SO HARd so get a freaking bird...

Se esmeran por dar un buen servicio, pero a mi parecer les falta experiencia o capacitación o contratar personal que ralamente este preparado en el trato de las mascotas. Quería consentir a mi perro que es un pastor belga de 2 años, su nombre es Boch, fui tres veces al lugar y no pudieron darle su SPA, La primera le cancelaron la cita por qué tenía dos días de que le habían puesto unas vacunas que por cierto, si se las hubieran puesto en PETCO me hubiera salido el chiste en 2000.00 pesos, que de hecho les recomiendo una Veterinaria que se llama COMO PERROS Y GATOS,, excelente veterinaria, ahí pague 600 pesos por la séxtuple y de primer nivel las vacunas. Y bueno la segunda vez que lo lleve como había otros perros no lo pudieron bañar que por qué estaba estresado y me recomendaron el día más tranquilo y temprano para que le dieran su baño y su spa. En fin, el viernes lo lleve temprano, a la hora me hablaron que no podían bañarlo que por qué no se dejaba. En fin son unos ineptos, PETCO, solo sirve para comprar juguetes, comida y otras cosas, pensé que como era un lugar bien, bonito, limpio, etc Podían con mi perro, cosa que NO FUE ASÍ. Ya me dió flojera seguir llevando a Boch a ese lugar, el cuate que me baña al perro no tiene problemas en hacerlo, mejor sigo llendo con el. Me cancelaron el váucher, la persona que lo hizo me comentó que en 48 horas estaría abonado a mi cuenta, bueno, paso más de una semana, asta que fui al banco hacer la aclaración y al día siguiente se reembolso la cantidad a mi cuenta. Conclusión: El lugar muy bonito, tienen de todo, pero su personal chafisima. Pésima...
