Do not book this hotel its not worth the expense 0 services 1 towel per person 1 mini soap I roll of toilette paper, no ramps to roll your bags, the room was nothing like the website picture shows smell bad like bad humidity, my travel companion didn't even want to shower, not even a glass, I think the nigth receptionist is just the watch guard, but despite his efforts he couldn't see plus didn't know how to process a credit card payment, luckily we had some cash otherwise he wanted to keep my passport till the morning when I could pay with my credit card but didn't even have a safe to keep it in, thankfully we were there only for 1 nite. This is by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Swoop put us up here for the night after cancelling our flight and we didn’t stay more than 20 minutes after seeing our room. Our bed sheets were dirty, the light in the bathroom didn’t work and there was BROKEN GLASS and exposed wires. Not only are the rooms disgusting, dangerous and hallways barely lit but the “receptionist” was completely useless and a jerk. Either he told us he was simply refusing to call us a taxi or that taxis wouldn’t even come pick us up there. We ended up WALKING to a new hotel up the street and paying for the night...

It all started with the reservation, I was given a price by Best Day, and was charged more when the hotel processed my stay.

Then when we arrived at the hotel, the room has dirty, only had a single towel, the bathroom was horrendous, and the AC barely worked.

Frankly, for this same price, there are a lot of better options in the city.
