My stay at the fiesta Inn was amazing from check in to check out. I traveled to Cancun from the US to receive Dental procedure. The location was perfect. I was less than five minutes away from the dental office having shopping and food connected to the hotel just added even more satisfaction to my decision to stay at the fiesta inn I was greeted by Mr. Santiago the Bellman. He stayed with me until I checked in. He delivered my bags to my room and gave me a tour of my room throughout my stay Mr Santiago the bellman made sure that I was taking care of. The fact that I would come back to the room some days in pain, from Dental procedure he would make sure pain, I was comfortable or if I needed anything . It’s very rare that you travel to a different country and you find hotel employees that pay close attention to you as much as Mr. Santiago did for me. He made sure I stayed safe. He gave me recommendations for food and attractions and shopping places Mr. Santiago would be the reason that I would continuously stay at the fiesta Inn. He went over and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. With the Upgrade of my room, I received breakfast in the morning, which was amazing the omelette were very tasty. However, the temperature of the air conditioning in my room was constantly cold. Tried to turn down the air conditioner, but still remain very cold. The bathroom needs to be updated and the towels we’re not the best they had strings of fabric hanging from them.i felt very safe traveling solo and staying at the fiesta inn .. again my hat goes off to employee Bellman Mr. Santiago he is a great asset to the hotel and definitely needs to be recognized for his dedication to his job.. I would definitely stay again .. Pamela...
Read moreI stayed 7 weeks straight at the hotel for work purposes. That is a very long time anywhere. At one point in time my room started to get warm, mainly I think due to the outside temperature raising due to season change. I asked the hotel staff if I could switch rooms and or do something different so that my stay would be more comfortable. The staff immediately tried to find another room, switch sides of the building, move to a lower floor. They exhausted all possibilities to make my stay more comfortable and I was so appreciative for that effort. The hotel restaurant is a nice addition for having a beer or food. In addition to the hotel restaurant, Las Americas Mall is just a walk away from the hotel, which offers an array of other restaurants and shopping stores. To travel towards Mexico City, I recommend purchasing a toll pass key which made it more easy for me to travel to work everyday. It may be more expensive, but less traffic and it is a better road. I recommend this hotel to anybody was is staying in that area. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay as pleasant as possible. I look forward to...
Read moreThis place is horrible. Just checked in here because good ole frontier airlines just cancelled my flight. I was shuttled over here only to find out when I arrived that the hotel only has 1 working elevator or your second option is to walk up there stairs with your luggage. Checked in to find out that the hotel turns off the AC when they rent rooms and the room was burning hot. In fact there is no ac at the front desk, the lobby where you wait for the elevator, or any of the hallways leading up to the room. My bedroom sink had a leak coming from the faucet that went from the counter to the floor and had to be replaced. The room door key only allowed you to only pull up on the handle and not push down to open the door, the maintenance person informed me that it was the way the doors worked The staff was nice and friendly but barely spoke English which was not a problem for me. This place is modern looking but not modern enough to stay at the end of the strip. There are plenty of other places better than this further...
